I'd like to ask three questions:
1. Did you partner up with Graviteam for longer than Kharkov 1943?
3. Why can't I use the search function on this thread to avoid asking questions that have already been asked?
"Search this Thread" gives me a "you do not have permission to access this page." error. Seems to be a general error in any part of the forum right now.
Edit: removed question 2 in fear of the dragon.

It's disabled, because it overloads the server.
However, some individuals (I'm not speaking of the moderators and administrators) do have access to this feature...

1. Not right now but possible at a future date, it takes a lot of work to maintain multiple languages. At least you can access language specific sub forums for many languages.
2. Updating the look for forums is on hold right now as the concentration is on getting the latest VBul software to integrate with the servers. You will find many updates and bug fixes once that is accomplished. As for your specific question, that is a definite possibility.
I know everyone is talking about this update, but is there a list of "features" of the new version? Like, what visible things are in it for me once the switch is made (and Kallocain has her PhD in VBulletin-istics...)?

Are the Paradox newsletters available by any means other than email (in other words somewhere in the PI website or in the forums)? I unintentionally deleted my email copy. Also, I noticed that there is a "newsletter" sub-forum here, but It's completely empty. Might as well delete it.

I'm reading this book: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mother_Tongue_(book) by Bill Bryson at the minute, and it got me wondering, do ye talk to eachother in mainly Swedish or English in the office (this doesn't apply to King)?
