In a way i think it is, i dont use it myself, because i never saw the need for it, but it is quite popular from what i know of. Its alittle like a Gaming Messenger i think.

Also, SI Games is a great company that is very similar to Paradox.
In a way yes, it is a program that shows what games you are playing and for how long you've been doing it. Paradox does have a fanclub there:

There u can see how long all the members have been playing the paradoxian games that are on Xfire and you can also post events, news and such.

I don't think we are against it, but it would require to remake the game completely for the smaller screen and no keyboard. Not this year, I can tell you that.
