I've checked the German box and there are only screen shots from the game there. If someone can provide a photo of the box mentioned in this thread I would appreciate it.

That's odd. Today, I checked it once more. The third screenshots seems to be this one from Lionheart Kings Crusade:

April 5th, this has been answered a few times in the DH sub-forum, and both Impulse and Gamersgate list it as such.

Edit: Since those non-EU3 screenschots seem to be from Lionheart, one might think, the game is also included. But, it says in the bottom right corner, that only EU3 and its add ons are contained in this box.

Yeah, I'm quite sure that this could be seen as misleading advertising, which is illigal indeed.
It depends on what you call accurate maps.... One time, not so long ago, it was lunch break and I was a little bit bored. So I drew the entire world on (the table ?, you know, the big thing on the wall where which the teacher uses, where he wrights his name in American films
) and during the next class lots of people just asked "wtf ? Who was bored ?"And I regerally draw maps on my assignments
. Nothing epic, just maps I can make in an minute or so, and then I go back to learning-mode. So one can see which era in history I am interested in at any particular time, by looking at my assignments .
I used to draw detailed world maps and portraits of senior officers/leaders during WW2, everything from Himmler to Mao to MacArthur.
