I will be playing Flashpoint as well. I wish I had enough cash to get the season pass, but I will just have to buy the next expacs as they come out.

Whenever it's available for everyone else. Barring something happening the Linux beta branch will go live for everyone along with the 1.3 update that comes out concurrently with Flashpoint. The main game (BATTLETECH) should matter more for Linux support over the DLC since the main game is what provides the executable. The DLC is just more content.
If I'm mistaken I'm sure someone will correct me.
Thanks, just that dlc only has mac and windows symbols next to it on steam, so just wondered if Linux was trailing a bit. Good to hear it will be out with the Linux live build 1.3.
I've "only" got a 100 mbps download speed, but that's pretty sweet tooGB internet IS pretty sweet fyi.
(had an average of 96 mpbs while downloading Fallout 76 the other week; 50 GB in 1 hour 15 mins)
OK, cool....was tearing my hair out trying to figure out why it wasn't installing.
It's a bit odd to stagger the patch and expansion by an hour, but I'm sure there were perfectly valid technical reasons they did it.
got the update downloaded and now the game wont go past the HBS screen.. guess ill wait till flashpoint hits. Hopefully that will fix the issue
