I haven't seen this exact error before:
Unity [ERROR] DwmGetWindowAttribute - falling back to GetWindowRect to figure out window bounds

Then we get thousands of these:
d3d11: failed to create staging 2D texture w=128 h=128 d3dfmt=28 [887a0005]
d3d11: failed to create buffer (target 0x1 mode 0 size 187968) [0x887A0005]

Has this always happened ever since you've had the game? Or only since what change or update?

I have seen other problems with that latest 'optional' 19.12.3 AMD video driver you have. Try uninstalling it:
https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
Then install the 'recommended' 19.12.2 one instead:

Well we don't see that first error any more, so that's something.

A bit of a shot in the dark here but in the game video settings please disable Ambient Occlusion. If you still get any such issues, also disable Reflection, Motion Blur and tick the "Reduce Props" box there.

OK, I disabled all the cinematic cameras (I noticed that the crash was when using those), and Ambient Occlusion and that has improved stability, I won't say fixed just yet as I haven't really had a chance to play more than one mission.
