I tried searching the forums, couldn't find anything related to this. Then again, the search isn't exactly working for me.

Anyways, I know Paradox just loves DLCs, but since I couldn't find a "start menu DLC" in the market, I'm assuming the game should come with one.

So yeah, when I open the game, all I can see is few logos and then the part where the Menu is obviously supposed to be, but there are no buttons to press. No "New Game" or anything.

I got the steam version, windows 7 64bit, Ati HD Radeon 6970 and well over the requirements for RAM and CPU

Okey, my problem was caused by having # in the filepath.
Fixed it simply by installing in a path without the #
