At beginning of 2025, yet another national census was proclaimed. Starting with finances, national daily incomes grew from 3,6805mld złotys in 2020 to 3,9989mld złotys in 2025, that meaning by 8,7%. National expenditures on another hand grew from 1,7404mld złotys in 2020 to 2,3025mlnd złotys in 2025, that meanining by 32,3%. This affected balance, which shrank from 1,9401mld złotys in 2020 to 1,6964mld złotys in 2025, that meaning by 14,4%. It has to be noted though that was impacted by the reinstitution of industrial subsidies, which costed Poland's budget 475,8mln złotys per day and guaranteed industrial expansion and lack of unemployment brang back to Polish economy.
The debt fell from 4,848619bln złotys to 1,6995551bln złotys, that meaning by 65%. In comparison to peak of 2005, the debt fell to 24% of said peak debt (7,09bln).
The rulling party changed to Civic Platform, which was much more moderate when it came to religious policy in comparison to its precedessor. During previous five years, immigration law was further liberalized, with introduction of process of naturalisation of immigrants and promotion of immigration to Poland. Additionally, the Sejm was about to pass new liberal amendement to constitution by the same day soon.
Population grew only slightly during last previous years, with increase from 56,12mln people in 2020 to 56,74mln people in 2025, that meaning by 1,1%. One thing worth to note was further increase of industrial workforce percentage in Poland's population from 29,3% in 2020 to 31% in 2025.
Economy finally recovered from downturn caused by laissez-faire shift and there was no sizable unemployment again. Industrial GDP grew from 436mld dollars in 2020 to 474mld dollars in 2025, that meaning by 8,7%. In comparison to peak of 2018 (439mld dollars), industrial GDP grew by 8% respectively.
Due to slower population growth, Poland fell to 24th position from 22nd position in country's population size ranking.
Poland's population was third most educated population in the world by that time, after Madascari and Crimean ones.
In overall power score ranking, Poland mantained its 24th position.
In industrial score ranking, Poland managed to advance from 22nd to 21st position.
In size of industrial workforce, Poland fell from 21st position in 2020 to 22nd position in 2025.
In terms of size of industrial clerks however, Poland matched 18th position.
It's more about migratiions rather than birth rate. During reconstruction and slightly before we had to deal with unemployment. Unemployed people in Vicky 2 tend to migrate away to find jobs for themselves. It is much safer to assume then that migrations were weakening population growth back then.

Just after national census was published, on the very same 1st of January 2025 Sejm passed bill liberalising treatment of homosexuals in Poland and allowing their organisation, the LGBT to freely operate in Poland. The topic was socially controversial and further reforms in sexual minorities rights would hamper national birth rate in Poland, however they needed to be passed and recognized if Poland would really want to follow its egalitarian traditions.
At the end of February, news came from South American continent. People's Republic of Brazil was humiliated in war against its neighbours, and as an effect, the peace treaty of Brasilia forced Brasilians to cede Amazonas region to Venezuela and recognize independence of democratic Republic of O Sul. It surely weakened Brazillian regime.
Meanwhile at 2nd of May, Poland extended its signatory of The Treaty of Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
Just nine days later, a liberal progovernment manifestation took place on streets of Warsaw. People were enthusiastic to liberties which constitution guarantees for them, aswell as January amendement allowing gay, lesbian and bisexual people to live without repressions.
At beginning of June 2025, another debt payment had happened, with 0,7544108bln złotys being spent on it.
At 3rd and 4th of October significiant developments happened on sphere of cosmos exploration. For first, Apollo 11 mission managed to set up American flag on the Moon* and the next day The International Space Station was enstablished on Earth orbit.
At 12th of November Clinical Pharmacology was finally implemented into Polish Healthcare system. Next development goal was studying process of so-called New Green Revolution, which was said to give additional boom for Polish agricultural sector.
At beginning of January 2026 The Senat rearranged again, leaving more support for all nonconservative ideologies, at cost of conservative parties.
At 10th of March 2026 another debt payment happened, with 0,501969bln złotys being spent on it.
And finally, at 12th of November 2026, the Polish national debt was fully paid down.

At 4th of January 2027 Senat rearragend again, though with only minor changes to political representation of parties.
At 25th of May New Green Revolution was finally implemented to Polish agriculture and next goal was study of Genomics and implementation of them into modern medicine.
In late October new election campaign started.
First Major debate was about topic of freedom of foreign trade. As always, government backed support of freedom of trade.
Next was economy topic. Again, the support went for mixed economy, this time state capitalism.
Elections seemed to turn rather orderly and smoothly, which could satisfy the government.
New debate topic emerged in December 2027, with question of state sponsorship of religion. The government, supporting idea of secular state, decided to deny request for state sponsorship of the church.
At the beginning of January 2028, Senat rearragend again. Political support seemed high for liberals and social democrats and the government expected to have political race between those two parties primarily.
Elections ignited a bit due to local administration taking too much control over market. Citizens, worrying planned economy, made a petition to stop those tendencies, and it is what government did.
One of the important topic of second half of election campaign was topic of war. The jingoistic movenements in Poland wanted to see country in a war again, while pacifists called for preservation of peace in Polish international relations policy.
The war debate continued, and soon pacifists made a rally against new military equipment the military wanted. The government decided to appease the pacifists and accept their demands.
In late February, there was sizeable rise in secularist tendencies, which government supported, seeking for electoral support of secularist Poles.
In late March citizenship debate emerged. The government supported full citizenship for immigrants, as it always did.
In the cross of April and May 2028, election results were in, and it showed that Civic Platform mantained its government for next cadency.
In July 2028 Genomics studies were finished, and next research goal was to develop early networks for Polish telecommunication system.
At 1st of January 2029, the Senat rearranged again, and this allowed for more support for political reforms. Continuing topic of LGBT, the Sejm (lower house) passed a bill giving equal rights for LGBT people, as they were to those of heterosexual orientation.
At 19th of April, early networks were finally implemented, and next goal was to develop full scale internet network in Poland and made it available for all citizens.
Such network was finished by 1st of January 2030, as the Senat rearranged.
Chapter 16: First phase of army overhaul reform and Poland's advance to secondary power position (1st of January 2030 - 1st of January 2035)

Time was again for national census summary. Beginning with financial matters, the debt was fully paid down and Poland managed to earn budget reserve of 3,11bln złotys. Daily incomes grew from 3,9989mld złotys to 5,2919mld złotys, that meaning by 33%. Daily expenditures grew from 2,3025mld złotys to 2,9212mld złotys, that meaning by 27%. Overall positive budget balance grew then from 1,6964mld złotys to 2,3707mld złotys, that meaning by 40%.
Country population grew from 56,74mln of people in 2025 to 57,59mln in 2030, that meaning it grew by 1,5%. All with reduced population growth caused by emancipation of LGBT people.
Percentage of factory workers grew from 31% in 2025 to 32,5% in 2030.
Poland's GDP grew by 7% during last years, leaving economy in much better condition then before crisis caused by Modern Party's mismanagement. There was no unemployment aswell.
In overall country ranking, Poland fell to 26th position out of 24th in 2025.
In economy size comparison, Poland fell from 21st position in 2025 to 24th position in 2030.
In population size comparison, Poland advanced from 24th position in 2025 to 23rd position in 2030.
In education ranking, Poland managed to mantains its third position.
In factory workers population size ranking, Poland fell to 23rd position from 22nd one.
In size of clerk population ranking, Poland matched 20th position.
Not sure if it is an entirely accurate impression, but it seems that Poland's smaller military is hurting it in the rankings?
That is entirely true, and you will see radical change in that topic in this chapter I promise.

Chapter 16: First phase of army overhaul reform and Poland's advance to secondary power position (1st of January 2030 - 1st of January 2035)

Having enough political support in Sejm, Civic Platform managed to pass constitutional amendment giving equal rights and citizenship to all Poland's inhabitants, which allowed national minorities to attend elections. This replaced old constitutional concept of maturity of minorities, and strenghtened support for PO party among national minorities.
Research goal was set to be Very High-Speed Networks, to improve communicatation capabilities of Poland's citizens, aswell as improve communications within government, administration and army itself.
The Army topic was of urgent priority: by that date, Polish Armed Forces (restored in 1960s after their disbandment in 1945 due to financial troubles) was small, insignificant army in size of 90 thousands men, still utilizing technology from time of WW2. It lacked proper recruits, were all but outdated and ignored since 1960s. It resulted in low military importance of them and could prove disastrous if war involving Poland would emerge.
To solve the issue, on press conference at beginning of the year, the Prime Minister of Poland's cabinet, officially proclaimed new army overhaul program, which first phase will start this very day and last until 1st of January 2035. The program would get high budget from government and be of top priority. As first of it, government announced large state-wide military enlistment program, asking citizens to join ranks of soldiers.
First phase of army overhaul saw also major investment in military infrastructure. To improve communications on country level constructions of military airports started in Wrocław, Katowice, Gdańsk, Olsztyn, Poznań, Kraków and Warszawa (Warsaw), that meaning in all state capitals, and in Szczecin new naval base was about to be constructed aswell.
At 14th of October Very High Speed Networks were finished, and government could turn research into military modernisation.
First priority was modernisation of infantry tactics and equipment. Therefore, studying of early cold war guerilla warfare was about to be started.
Research was rather quick due and at 2nd of December new research goal could be chosen, that time mechanized infantry concept.
Meanwhile at beginning of January 2031 liberals got more representation in Senat which allowed them to pass new constitution amendment changing voting system from Jefferson Method to fully proportional system.
In February mechanized infantry concept was finally implemented and new research goal was to introduce special forces into Polish Armed Forces.
In late April population was celebrating strenghtening of their freedoms and rights in democracy, which ended in more government support and Poland's prestige on the international arena.
In late May Special Forces were finally organized and next research goal was development of modern infantry arsenal for Polish infantry.
Those were implemented in November 2031, when precision long-ranged weapons development started.
At beginning of January 2032 Senat rearranged again, and this allowed PO party to pass amendment recognizing affirmative action policy towards national minorities in Poland.
In late April, new election campaign started.

At beginning of May 2032, Precision Long-Ranged Weaponry was finally implemented into Polish infantry arsenal, and next goal was special operation tactics system.
At beginning of the elections, the topic of army overhaul emerged when high ranked officer made promilitaristic speech, claiming the army isn't supplied properly. The government decided to back them, though it made worries about rise of jingoism among citizens.
There was obviously reaction of pacifists, dissatisfied with rise of military support. However, as rearmament needed to be continued, so the voice share was to be limited.
Meanwhile industrial sector applied for free trade between nations, which was actually promoted by whole Polish society.
Military policy remained as major election topic however, and the government officially supported promilitary approach.
Elections seemed to be orderly ones, with no particular discontent among citizentry.
Finally, in late October election results were given in, while also special operations studying was finished. Civic Platform remained in power.
Next research goal was to implement Lightweight Small Arms Technologies into Polish military.
Last research allowed to do major modernisation of Polish infantry, which ended in disbandment of old WW2-era infantry regiments and replacing them with brand new modern infantry regiments.
In beginning of January 2033 Senat rearranged again, which allowed liberal government to pass new bill banning capital punishment of people in Poland.
Meanwhile in march, while soldiers reached in Central Poland 3% of population, the government changed their promotion system to expand officer cadre, to start growing out of the undersize of Polish officer cadre.
In April modern infantry regiments were ready to join service in Polish army.
At beginning of September Lightweight Small Arms were implemented into Polish army, and next goal was development of modern Antitank weaponry.
At 9th of September the government officially announced, that Poland advanced enough to join secondary powers group.
The very same day, the recruitment of Polish modern Mechanized infantry regiments started.
In October modern antitank weaponry was implemented into Polish regiments, and next goal was development of main battle tank to replace older types of Polish tanks.
In November promotion of soldiers changed to enstablishment of officer corps in Lesser Poland and Upper Silesia.
In December 2033 Main battle tank was finally developed, and next goal was development of missile armed tanks.
At first January 2034 Senat rearranged again, leaving possibility to implement social justice into Polish iusticiary system.
In April development of Missile Armed Tanks was finished, and next goal was development of Second Generation tanks.
At 9th of August Modern mechanized infantry regiments joined national army.
In late September Second Generation Tanks were finally implemented, and next goal was development of antitank missiles.
Finally, at 1st of January 2035 Senat rearranged again.
There's no such in countries. It's only for USA conservatives.
