Is there any way to show us how many homeless we have so we can better track the problem?
There are good homeless (camping in parks) and abnormal homeless (stuck on the streets forever). The mod only evicts the abnormal ones. For now you'll have to use the Scene Explorer mod and query Household but not PropertyRenter to get an idea of the numbers.

I can assure you that before installing the mod, this number is ridiculously large. It's so bugged.

+1 there is any chance to add the number of homeless in the population stats? i know that not is the goal of this mod, but would be great addition.
Since you are working with homeless cims i assume you can count them.

Interesting... I had no idea Scene Explorer could show you Homeless counts. Thanks!

Since you are working with homeless cims i assume you can count them.
See Citizens Moved Away section in city statistics. In 1.2.0+ version of the mod the data correctly reflects the number of evicted homeless citizens.

Love this mod. Made the game playable again. However......... Is there any chance the homeless people are leaving swarms of dogs behind? Or being turned into dogs. I just watched a lady walking 21 dogs.
 
The mod works perfectly for me. After I activated it hordes of homeless ppl start to walk again to my intercity bus station and by walk to the edge of the highway.
After they left my city the simulation speed become smoother. My residental buildings got free homes and my jobs lost its workforce ~25%. I deleted all the industrial zones and redo them because the city production was unbalanced but after that it is ok now.
Thank you for the mod wxdao, it makes my game playable again!

Amazing mod! By the way.

fyi, I had no homeless in parks , in my case, they were all pilled up over each other, here and there on sidewalks, throughout the city. (550k city)

As soon as clicked the activation in your mod they all got sorted out, moving out of the city from all transportation options. Was so cool to watch.
