I think the thing to remember here though is that each event SHOULD
be set up so the HISTORICAL action is action_a (i.e. the first option).
As long as this is done then the MAJORITY of times it triggers the historical
action is taken by the AI.

CORE will never play completely historically, If you want to play Germany
for example as historically as possible then maybe HSR is the mod to use.

Of course this is no help at all if you have played thru 3 years to get to this
point and nothing historical is happening.

Yes Monash is completely correct, option A is always the historic option ,but the more options there are does create a lesser percentage chance of the historic option being chosen.(see Havard's site)

Personally i find playing as Germany in core and choosing A in options ,nearly always ends up on a historic path and game,which is most often my experience so much so ,that when unhistorical things do happen i quite relish the change and am still sometimes surprised and impressed by the depth of variables in the CORE events.
