Well, for me the shine is off the berry..
I've tried about four times to 'Activate' this product - I'm pretty sure I know how it's supposed to go... I enter my email, I enter the printed letters and digits from the back of the booklet.. but: PFFFFT!
Question: How is the 'serial number' mentioned above, different than the Activation code?.. if so.. where do I find a 'serial number' -
Second, how could a 'serial number' be associated with an email?
Like I said, the 'shine is off the berry'... Having to visit Tech Support and seeing all the problems everyone else has, and not able to even 'start' the program because of a looping, "Error in Activation"... I'm almost convinced my impulse purchase has bitten me in the Arse!
Please contact me with refund information I can carry into the store and get my money back... thank you.
