Im having access issues too... can you talk me through how you gave full port access? I dont even know where to check my ports at!
No problem
My router is a Netgear RP614v3. As you might have a different router, the exact changes needed to be made might be a bit different for you, but it's largely the same stuff.
I logged on to my router. In my case, I had an option available called
Port Forwarding. There I chose to add a custom service. A new window prompted me to specify a service name, a starting port, an ending port, and the computers IP number.
The service name could be anything, I named it 'paradox' as a reminder. As starting port i entered 2300, and as ending port I entered 2400, and finally I entered my computers IP number. Then I clicked "add" and, in the following window, "apply" to make the router use the settings.
Then I repeated the process with the other needed ports, which are
47624, 6073, and the port range
33943-34000. The last range is for Valkyrienet, which I had to specify to even see channels available.
Also, when entering the single ports 47624 and 6073, you simply specify the same port as both the starting port and the ending port.
Hope it helps
EDIT: Oh, and don't forget to turn off any software firewalls you might have activated, such as ZoneAlarm.
