To get a DxDiag file follow these steps:

- Open your Start menu, Cortana or Search
- Type dxdiag in the search field
- Click on the dxdiag program
- A window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should pop up now
- Wait until the green bar at the bottom-left has disappeared
- At the bottom right-hand side, click on "Save all information"
- Save it to a place where you can find it easily, for example your desktop
- Attach this file here
- IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.
 
i was try above steps one by one delete all folders and reinstall game but still game not working.can u tell me exact location of folder where error occurs with the help of player log
You unsubscribed to all mods and assets on Paradox Mods already? This is the first step, otherwise your mods will instantly be downloaded again.
 
I have the same problems. When i log in on Paradox, it says i don't have any mods. Stil the problem remains with the following that the game does not load. It says error:

This is a completely different issue and caused by a mod, specifically the W7ShorePier Mod
