Changes to Playing Previous Versions of PDS Titles

my steam account is linked, ck3 is showing in my library, yet no beta access code is showing. Am i missing something?

There are no beta codes for CK3, as it was released after they stopped being necessary. Any version not listed in the Steam betas tab has not been uploaded by the CK3 devs OR is the current version and so it not on the Betas list.

Isn't there still a limit for how many beta versions can be available at a time?

Also, why was it they were necessary in the first place? I forgot.

Way more than 10! AFAIK only EU4 hit the actual Steam limit (so needed to remove some older less-played ones), but they have 39 showing without the beta code.
