I saw only single interesting semi-conflict far from Spain between France and OE for Africa lands, and i told Barnius i`m sure he`ll deal it diplomatically and France will sell lands. And he sold it to you, lol, so the conflict will go again to "evil Spain" stage (besides now you`ll most probably get insane claims from Portugal, who is far from judjing reality). I doubt Spain would need these lands at all unless you`ll dow OE for connection. But i`m afraid guys won`t let you fair war to beat OE out.
Besides you are paying to France even, and even for letting them take CoT + Corsika... As to Venice, i`d suggest you to offer Venice Emilia, Mantua (with core) and Romagna + cores on Istria and Dalmatia for return of more poor Baleares, Sardinia, Sicily and Messina, Malta back to Spain (with cores). It is fair deal, even very lenient if remember the intention of Venice not to pay 3 600 ducats. Sure they have to sign to pay old debts as well.

Generally, England and OE are clear leaders of the game. Totally free in development and no challenge to do anything they wish, while other (France, Flandern, Brandenburg, Sweden, Austria, Poland, Venice) got low tech development&high inflation and they are kicking Spain - single nation, who would be able to compete these leaders. But people let OE have best income, manpower and lands, and their eyes are very big if Spain is near it. They are ready to kick challenging Spain by everything they have. Great for OE, who lost only 90K of their troops in the war - misery efforts comparing good effects. OE totally perfectly controls the region, and noone cares if OE would like to eat Venice or someone else. Everyone cares about Spain in Italy, the only worth thing.
It is clearly that England has no competition in the seas already. Juv almost passed the period, when England could be attacked, only three naval powers are rest - Venice, Portugal and Flandern. Each one is far from any major role in colonization and navy, and each one is doing best to kill Spain
I bet England has at least for more than 100 years of the period of total domination & safe borders, and their income will be very good soon...

All the time Spain kept confirming that Austria and Venice would get "a few provinces" and the rest of the countries at war against Spain should sign WP. So, to my best knowledge, Spain haven't taken anything back.
OOC: Since Denis will not be able to play today it would be better to settle the peace with him than with the sub.

Denis is looking too but I don't know if he had any luck so far. I will mail my detailed instructions (to be read only by the sub) to Norre and assume a responsible sub will follow them.
