I thought evenrything (bailiffs, judges, govenors) was removed when provinces changed hands in war, can someone test and confirm.

Governors definitelly remain, TCs are definitelly removed, most likelly Judges too.

But how that can influence the price Venice demmanded from England, basing her assessment on what she invested in those colonies is puzzleing ;) ...

There's something wrong with the numbers of ships lost in the save, and in the stats too of course. OE lost close to 190 galleys, but only 1 can be traced in the stats. The increadible number of 188 warships was apparently lost due to attrition, according to the save and stats. I'm pretty sure they should be galleys. I'll edit in 90% of them again.
Since I have little time for edits, I will only remove Nubia from the war with Ak Koyunlu, to make it possible to end it, and lower my badboy from 9 to 0, set WE to 0 for OE and Venice and then end all wars the natural way.

Unlike some other too greedy, although already too rich, France didn't want to DOW OE in order to force the mad Sultan (AI) to remove trade embargo. Hopefully it will be remowed now when the more reasonable Sultan is on power again.

I started my ICQ yesterday, but had no messages waiting for me at all. I think ICQ only keeps messages for a few days, since everytime I start from some absense it has nothing for me. I wont have time for discussiong it and editing it for todays session, so it will have to wait. Sorry.

As of version 1.08, "tax collectors and legal counsels are removed from a province when it is conquered." Per the Read Me from version 1.08. The betas haven't changed this.

I just tested this. England took Strathclyde (edited to have all three improvements) from Scotland in a war. Governor remained promoted from mayor, but the tax collector and the legal counsel got demoted.

Thanks! I should remove 150*8 = 1200d from the deal then.

I'll be more specific then.

Venice:

Lombardia from Austria
Kerch (possible Morea, who was just converted to Catholism) to OE

Austria:

2 Hungarian provinses, can't remember which, but it's the 2 northern in think from OE.

Yeah yeah, we back to 250. Mock the Doge again all you'll receive a DOW. He's in a faul mode today.

Mock? King of France only remembers the Doge's words "No way I am selling for 250 d, I invested more, let him try taking them if he doesn't offer a decent sum...".

I also think you can return ships AI lost. Here I would also advocate 100 warships to Holland, which were lost to attrition when in the middle of the session Forzaa and Sander exchanged places in Spain and Holland.
When looking into the stats, Flanders had 100 galleys that mysteriously disappeared, without a trace in the stats. Since I couldn't find any 100 warships anywhere I'm rather sure this is the same bug as in the Ottoman save section, and 90% of 100 galleys will be returned to Holland.

Thatnks for finding the Ottoman events Barnius. I think I'll leave them as they were done by the AI, since they are not so important.

He did offer a decent price, being 2000 ducats higher. But i'm not going to hold him to it, when he's not getting the infrastructure - sorry i'm so fair.

Juv got the latest version of the save now. China got it's right culture, and I added one to trade and infra for the lost income. OE gave Kerch to Venice. New random leaders added.
I have tested it.
I'm now sure you never used this file. I'll redo the chinese edit at least.

Spain read your ICQ. It says sell me Romagna, and give me price. I would like to have this in place for todays session please.

I would like to suggest that you consider using my 1492 scenario (not a mod) for your next reincarnation of this game. I have made virtually everything important into options so that you can turn on/off what the group likes/dislikes. Please check the link in my signature or click HERE
