Describe your issue
Missing purchased DLC for remastered version

What is your game version?
Xbox

What expansions do you have installed?
Green Cities, Airports

What mods are you using?
None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After the Remastered Version installed I went into manage game to reinstall any and all DLC that would be available for the new version and it’s only showing 7 available for install. I own 33 DLC’s for Cities Skylines. Photo 1 is of Xbox One Edition and 33 DLC’s Photo 2 is of Remastered version and 7 DLC’s.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

I have the same problem. I have bought almost every dlc for the xbox one edition but I the Remastered edition does not recognise that I own Industries, Sunset Harbour, Campus and a number of CCPs. I didn't know if it was because I purchased them via the Mayor's Edition and Season Passes on XB1
 
I'm having the same issues with my PS5 I have every dlc apart from radio stations and many are not installed or recognised. Including map pack too, skyscrapers and financial

Quite unfortunately, it appears that the best DLCs and CCPs aren't available in Remastered (yet I hope). Initially I also saw my DLCs were missing (purchased every single one), so went to the PS Store and was able to download them free again...and was so unpleasantly surprised to see that Plazas & Promenades, Skyscrapers, Heart of Korea, Financial Districts and Mid-Century Modern aren't there. I was so excited Initially, despite the fact that saves couldn't be transferred (expected and understandable) but to be honest, I am now more so thinking, what's the point of having 25 tiles to build on, with a LOT less assets to actually use. Paradox, please guys, give us everything, it's bad enough you kept us playing with 9 tiles on current gen for 2 years and now this low blow...Still love you though, guys

They are still working on remastering the DLC past Airports. They will come soon and will also still be available for free assuming you own them on Xbox One or PlayStation 4.
 
**POSSIBLE FIX**

I have an Xbox Series X.

Once Remastered was installed, the original version of the game would be loaded when opening it. I had Xbox One edition for years and had many DLCs. At least most of the major ones. So, I had ZERO DLC linked to the newly installed Remastered version.

So I had a thought. Maybe it needs a clean slate.

I first removed Xbox One version then the Remastered version. I even went a step further and shut the console down and unplugged the power supply for 30 seconds.

I booted. Logged in. And installed the Remastered version and BOOM. 16 DLCs downloading along side the Remastered version.
This... will mean you need to start a new city.

There has been a problem in the MS store where some of the DLCs you own are not available to the Remaster programme. Unfortunately their cache only refreshes every 24 hours so there may be a bit of a wait before this is resolved.

Everyone is of course free to try this! Let us know if it helps anyone else.

All installations of the remastered game will need to start new cities, as it was not possible to make them compatible with the old version. That is unrelated to this MS problem.
 
The solution didn’t work for me. Is this a glitch or issue on their end or would I have to waste money and buy the dlcs again?

The issue is known and they are working with Microsoft to resolve it as soon as possible. There's no ETA on when it will be fixed, though they are working on it as their absolute highest priority. Once it is resolved you will be able to claim the upgraded DLC for free.
 
Hi! I have just bought DLC Plazas & Promenades for Xbox X/S Cities: Skyline Remastered. I installed it but I can't see it inside the game between others DLC.
Is it compatible with Remastered version or I have to ask a refund of the DLC??

That DLC apparently hasn’t been remastered yet even though they said it would be up to airports at time of release. You should be able to use it with the Xbox one edition though.
 
Series X here. Map Pack 1 is available, but the maps from map pack 2 aren't available in Remastered. Also missing Financial District, Plazas & Promenades.

BTW, for those repeating that DLC "after airports" isn't yet available... Not very helpful. I haven't memorized a list of release dates for the 50 DLCs on the Xbox store.

iv noticed content missing in game e.g. small 4 lane road small 3 lane road some of the tram roads like 6 land road with tram bus and cycle lane and quite a few more has anyone else noticed this?
