Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
At a certain point, I saved and quit to desktop (A). I resumed playing some time later, and when I had finished, did the same (B). When returning once more, I found that all the progress since (A) had not been saved. I then proceeded to play again, and saved and quit to the main menu (C), but found that all the progress in that time had also been lost, and was reverted back to (A).

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
My auto save option is a grey shield with a question mark with the 1066 start date (my game hasn't even reached 1066 yet).

It’s been 3 years, it’s clear now ck3 will never be fixed. Sadly you have to mourn your game and move on to something else.

I have to say I m still hoping though, which is why I keep an eye on this thread. But surely I ll never be able to buy ck3 or any of the dlc

after some experiments i think it is because any save that has the same name (including corrupted ones) on the cloud will prevent the game to make ironman save even locally (i.e. the last_save.ck3 in the folder).
i dont know wether another ironman save would stop previous ironman save.
