This is a vanilla CK2 bug.
It was supposed to have been fixed in the 3.0.1.1 hotfix, but people still get that bug for some reason.
It works the first time, but then it gets stuck on the second time.

Here is the hotfix description:

Those posts refer to a fix you can try, but it seems like it doesn't work for everyone. It's still worth trying it and see if it fixes the problem.

I updated the game to 3.2.0 and installed newest mod version, started new game, and again on the second legendary gathering the bar got stuck at 100%. Tried to edit the save file under those instruction you gave, and that didnt help. I think it helps if the bar got stuck at 0%.

Could the problem be that, I got the first bloodline under norse lodge, then I changed religion to slavic, joined their lodge, and then changed religion back to norse before I got the legendary gathering?
 
Not sure if anyone detected it, but the Byzantine Coronation Decision doesn't work.

Apparently, in the "CK2Plus_themata_decisions", line 253 there's a typo. While it should be "b_hagiasophia" it is "k_hagiasophia".
 
I don't find any .mod file, so I can't launch the mod itself.
Sure that's because I'm pretty retarded.

It works the same way, yes. Perhaps you don't use archiving software that supports 7-Zip files. I'll stick to regular old Zip-files with Deflate compression for now.


Yes, it's the full mod, so delete all old files and then put in the new version.

I'm playing an Old Gods start as a Chacedonian Welsh ruler. I'm trying to convert to Celtic Pagan religion using the Scholarship Focus path ("Adopt the Old Ways" intrigue option). I choose it as a Secret Religion, but I do not get access to any of the Secret Society mechanics, such as "secretly convert county" and "sympathy towards pagans", ect. I know that the actual Society is not a part of CK2+ but, from early releases of CKPlus, I remeber I could still do some stuff such as secretly convert counties and gain sympathy for my secret religion. But now I have none of those options. No other mods or anything to conflict. Anyone else notice similar?
