Playing as a Turkish Nomad (Not ruler designed in any way) and upon reloading the save the tribal holding in any nomadic territory if applicable take the primary county slot, resulting in population loss and I think it encourages the nomad AI to go tribal.

Bug: The Pope is the religious head of the Byzantine Emperor, when it should be the Patriarch of Constantinople (or maybe the Court Chaplain of the ERE? (but certainly not the Pope)).

I'm attaching my current save file, but I find this is also the case for all of the bookmarks where the Chalcedonian faith is extant.

hi not sure if bug, but if you set the ancient religion rule as specific and play as ERE(byzantine) during the first bookmark, everyone will convert to hellenic, but the iconoclast patriarchate will always remain, doesnt matter if you assassinate him or force convert. If i remember correctly, in previous versions the iconoclast patriarchate is removed/converted.

2) under greek/roman culture, (hellenic, roman pagan) the temples are called baronies. (not sure if intended or not)

Corrected in dev version

When using full equality law for women,I can't appoint them as commanders.

This was probably WAD, since equality for some reason doesn't allow female commanders if they don't meet other conditions.
I've tweaked this so female commanders ARE always allowed with appropriate rules/laws.

Not sure if it's intentional, but event Plus.1185 (the event for merging France and Aquitaine, located in CK2Plus_HRE_events.txt) isn't set to be triggered by anything.

It's a MTTH event. It triggers it self.

I have a bug, but maybe I'm just doing something wrong.
My succession law is Agnatic nomination (which I guess is primogeniture as the description is the exact same and it is the one missing in the change choices), but despite having 2 sons, none of them are heir. The kingdom actually has no heir (heir unknown when you pass on the coat of arm) and therefore my game end.

You can see the screens for some context.

How did you get that "abdicated" trait?
Other mods?

did you start the game on a different version or with an another mod?

I'm not sur that I started with the Beta 2. It was a 4.XX if a recall right.

EDIT : I just tried a new game with the BETA2. The problem seems fixed. I don't know what caused it in the first place. I surrendered a war to the kaiser, maybe that is it ?

Anyway, I'll let you know if it happens gain.

It probably was that you started the game on an old version then, and updated mid-game to the new beta version.
You must not do such things, as this can cause issues such as this. Because traits are saved via there number of appearance in the files, and so every time a new trait is added between two "old" traits, the saved values will point to a wrong one. Which would explain your issue.
In general, CK2+ mod versions get info with them when they are released about save compatibility. And only if the release post explicitly states that they are save-compatible, you may continue your savegame on them.

I don’t think it’s wad.The women had brilliant strategist and formidable fighter traits.

I take good note of your advice ;)

However, now, the game crashes everytime I get to 20 of january 1001. But I guess it is because I play Iron Man while it is advised against. I'll try in classic next time.

WAD and WAI are two different things. Working as Designed means the code works as it's written, but it may not be delivering the intent behind it. So in this case it's WAD, but not WAI :)

Ironman has a lot of issues unique to it sadly. Not much we can do about it or suggest other than, as you guess, not using it at all.
