No, afaik that's simply because the tooltip only shows you what the effect of changing the law would be.
It's not that straightforward arguably, but what this basically means is that even if you change the law to either one of those (3 or 5), matrilineal marriages would still be allowed.
It does not show the effects of your current law (Female Marshals) at all - but if you'd change the law, then the tooltip would show you that matrilieal marriages would be allowed if you'd change back.
At least that's what I think, I might be mistaken of course ^^

No. I only realized this because first (with option 3) I could marry matri, then (with option 4) i could not anymore. After changing it again (to option 5) it works again.

Oh. @vukica you've seen this? I don't have time to test right now, but it sounds like a bug then...

I'll remove add_alliance from the mod. CM usage doesn't seem important, and I guess we can live without vassal on vassal alliances for now.
that sounds like a really big change. But I guess there's no other way
Well, maybe it can be added back once the effect is no longer broken.

I don't see anything wrong in the code... :/

that's the idea.

Started the game in 4.06.4 and am currently in version 4.06.6, checksum IQIM (and was correct for earlier versions too), no India.

Playing a Paulician, I've noticed I have the "Raise Zealots" decision available. The tooltip for the decision reports far larger units to be raised than what actually does get raised (eg. it reports that 16k will be raised, but using the decision only raises 2k plus some).

Looks like a bug in tooltip, since the spawn_unit command is trying to match your entire army size, but it's limited to 2500 units in the decision.
I'll try to work around it.

Playing a Merchant Republic in the ERE, the women status on council lawsseem to be bugged.

Option 3 and 5 (Expanded and Equal) allow matrilineal marriage, while option 4 (Marshals) does not.

Fixed for next version. It wasn't the problem with the laws (though, that also got a tooltop cleanup), the problem was maintenance event checking only for the female_council_law_2 instead of all three laws that allow matri marriage.

Empire-tier rulers occasionally hold the throne without being uncrowned or crowned. It seems to me that vassal kings don't need to be crowned, and when one of those inherits the imperial throne, they remain without their coronation traits.

Yes, vassal kings don't get crowned, and they don't get a crown on their portrait.
I'll check if this condition get's inherited, but it may not be given to them instantly anyway...

My emperor was a vassal king of Bohemia before inheriting the Empire of Poland, he ruled for maybe three years before his death and I didn't get either Uncrowned nor Crowned trait in that time. He died so fast I neglected my screenshot opportunity, sorry about that :<

Hi, when failing in a plot to fabricate the Kingdom of Burgundy im stuck with the plot until my character dies. Cannot cancel as the plot is "set in motion". Tried again with my heir and the same thing happened.

I have had a lot of crashes using the last couple of versions, I was using a couple of submods but after not using them the problem persisted, it always crashes at a point between the years 790 and 820, often on the same day of a particular month, I tried to change the date on the save file to a day after but then it does the same after a couple of months, today I tried to start a new observational game to see if the problem was with the player using just ck2plus, india and rex teutonicorum, and I checked that the checksum was valid and the right one,but it crashed again (and when I installed the latest version I deleted the previous version's files), in the error log it says
