The right one, though i had the impression that the blue block above is a bit dominant.
Does it make sense to reduce the blue framing to the right side and have the welcome line without colour in the background ?
Sorry , just my 2cent and hurray, the Republic and SoI related posts have been updated, though Decadence seems to miss two aspects in reducing it.

I think I've settled on a layout. Responses were almost exactly equal between the two color layouts, so I went with the one I personally preferred.
Now that the Old Gods is soon approaching, I thought it might be time to ensure everything on the wiki is up to date with the current expansion, The Republic.
Therefore, every page that isn't up to date has been marked as such. You can help out by updating one or more of these pages so that they correspond with the current mechanics, values, etc. Currently there's a total of 21 obsolete pages. I'm hoping to have that number reduced to 0 before The Old Gods is released.
If you want to help, you can see the list of Obsolete pages here. You can then just go to any page on the list and start editing.
Registration is not required, though registering lets me assign you to a usergroup after a few good edits so you won't have to type in CAPTCHAs any more.
If you notice anything else that needs to be improved upon, feel free to edit it yourself or write about it on the page's Talk page.

"Obsolete" is a bit harsh a term in comparison to "outdated", as its nuance implies those pages are now worthless though
you might want to hand-pick/PM coanda to edit a couple of specific pages, since he is slightly more knowledgeable than most with certain topics :laugh:

I would like to see this thread 'stickied' to the top of the forum for us newbies to CKII. I just purchased the game after trying the demo and liking it. I've played all of the HOI series and new I'd need some 'professional' help getting the hang of this game, but only accidentally stumbled across the wiki. Thanks for the work putting it out there!
Meneth, your work on the CKII wiki is a beautiful thing and entirely essential to a game like this. +1 for stickying.
I don't suppose you happen to have created a decent Victoria 2 wiki in your spare time? I think the paradoxiam wiki's are long dead... though they seem to have just enough information to inhibit the birth of alternatives... and V2 has so many obscure abstractions that it needs a wiki more than any other game I know of.

I do have a V2 Wiki in fact.
However, it is not yet up to the same standard as the CKII Wiki, though it is more up-to-date than the Paradoxian one (everything was imported from there, and parts of it has since been updated and expanded on).
This Sunday was actually our all-time best day ever, at 4618 visits. Over the last couple of weeks most indicators have been going up; especially # of visits, and average visit duration. To compare the previous week to the week two weeks before it:
Once The Old Gods releases we can expect to set further records; every single expansion has given the wiki a good spike so far.
If anyone wants to help make the wiki more prepared for the Old Gods' release though, please update the outdated pages to correspond with The Republic. More information about the Old Gods expansion itself would also be much appreciated.

Most of them, really. Though in the case of many of them, someone just needs to make sure nothing has changed in the Old Gods.
