I'm guessing the pattern of DD 162 might be reproduced. A few more general DD may be published to receive feedback from the community.

I think you're right, given how they try to release more info and gather more feedback earlier, as compared to last year. It was a major issue brought up by the community in the recent user feedback, to share more WIP material earlier.
HoI4 went the complete opposite way by not sharing anything right before its most recent releases. It went well enough with Götterdämmerung, only to spectacularly backfire just one single DLC later. People are generally unhappy with that approach.
There's a reason why Tinto is held in such high regard with EU5, and funnily enough, it's in part exactly because Johan previously burned his fingers on exactly this problem with Imperator. Sunk an entire game (and the series that would've sprung up from it) in the process. Regrettably, I might add, Imperator 2.0 is an excellent game that does many things right.
The sooner the devs share what they have, the more feedback they incorporate, the higher the chances that the final product is well received. It's a lot of work, but I dare say it more often than not pays off in the long run.

Initially, I had hoped PDX would approach Batzorig Vaanchig for the throat singing, and was mildly disappointed to hear nothing in that regard for the longest of times.

Trinexx already answered that a while ago, when I asked him if the plan for the All under Heaven DevDiaries for May was still standing:
I fully expect it to be either the 20th or 27th May, which is in two to three weeks. We'll ask him again, when we get near that date.

We're still in the first half of May, though. Accordingly, there was no announcement of any DD yesterday. Meaning there is will not be.
Next week there is a good chance.

Given that we haven’t had a post-release DD for Khans of the Steppe, I’m thinking May 27th at the earliest for our AUH preview.

I think we'll probably get one before summer break at least. Maybe, actually when i typed this out im not so sure but it would at least give the community quite a lot of time to leave feedback on whatever system they showed off
