People don't like when you mention the P-word around here.

I have released a mod which removes several provinces and makes the game run fast even in laptops(the way I have been playing).

I don't think there is a lot to be done in that department on the part of the devs, except maybe avoiding more map expansions in the future. RoI was and remains the major thing to blame for most of our performance woes. The engine has its limitations and the map shouldn't have been expanded the way it has without testing performance beforehand.

Also, every single new feature adds at least a bit of processor load. Many people don't realize it but things like the silk road and dynamic mercenaries for instance are quite resource intensive. Everyone wants new features though(including me), so we have to live with that.

Well you kind of dropped the ball with the devdiaries, you've been telling us nothign up until now and now you reveal a bunch of mechanics all at once. Not that I'm not excited.

I like the idea that my counsel will vote on certain decisions and that each member will have dispositions which I must work around. Seems like vassal-Lege relations just got a lot more interesting on both ends.
I agree, thugh Iäve always found it more fun to be a vassal anyway.

Otherwise known as: "Craven" and "Kind".

Don't mistake being timid for being a coward.

More effective brainwashing of kids? Exactly what we need!

More intresting, wheter it's more efficient is still to be seen.

Great. Because it needs to be harder to manage your idiot vassals. If it works how I think it's going to work then once you get to either High Crown Authority or Empire Government it needs to transition to being easier to manage your empire, as a means of rewarding you for slogging through their inane requests and predictable disloyalty.
Actually yeah it does need to be harder to manage your vassals. It has been crazy easy since the faction nerf.

Anything regarding the unrealistic pan-European marriages? Can you guys put some sort of road bump. Not realistic for people at the time to seek spouses across the continent when it is more convenient and tactically sound to marry locally or within the realm. Expand where you are, no sense in a Portuguese count marrying the daughter of a Russian count.
Well those aren't too strange late in the game era. But erly on yeah. perhaps diplomatic range needs to increase over time?

Umm... there's no "This is funny!" button on ratings... CURSES!
Use helpful.

Surprised no one has mentioned this detail in one of the screenshots yet:

Looks like Byzantium is gonna get some imperial love.

lol so are people still going to call this a solely "feudal" simulator now that we have both non feudal government types as well as non feudal administrative types?

Diplomatic range should be based on landed rank.

Barons should marry within the court or spawn a random wife that resides in the court.
Counts should marry within the region.
Dukes within the country.
Kings and Emperors within the continent, however with same culture and religion prioritized slightly more.
