I found out what was wrong.

When it was installing, I didn't know it was supposed to "appear frozen" but it did so I would ctr+alt+del it and that was what was causing it to Not Respond.

Nah....we're pretty much happy that you're up and running and able to enjoy the game now. That's the bottom line, after all.
