I don't think it'd work well with Cold War tech. The others shouldn't be a problem.

Im running it now with Cold war, I've just changed the include events.txt to events2.txt in the .eug files and it works fine...

The AI won't know anything about changed or added techs and might do weird research. That depends on how much is changed or added.
i think you should ask WIF if you can take the ai from there mod its wonderfull, the ai makes D-days and big landings and russia is unbeatable. think about it and will you make daim compitable with AOD?
The AI has been horrendous so far. Much worse than even the base ai.
The AI will constantly take empty transports out of port move them around a bit take them back and repeat until they die.
US and Japan have not had a single naval engagement after a year of war.
I assume this is a bug because there is no way you could possibly downgrade the AI, but I have installed daim on a clean install and there should have been no reason for a glitch.

I'm sorry, but what can I say? It's not how it should be, not what I've experienced and not what is usually reported around here. So my best guess is that it's somehow not correctly installed or there's some other problem with your installation. I'm not a clairvoyant either.
Quickie - not sure if it's DAIM or SMEP related, but I consistently get the USSR declaring war on Germany as soon as the M-R nonaggression pact expires - on 1 May 1940. Is there any known reason for this, or any way to check/fix it?

Wow it's really noticebale that you improved Germany while leaving France in its stupidity. They just whacked in 39 by AI Germany.
Maybe I (UK) should have helped them...

It's outdated and very unlikely to still work with HSR. Where did you get it from?
