Tried the update with 3 players, still have the monthly desync NUM_POP_GROUPS, ECONOMY, ECONOMY_OVERLORD. 17 years and the monthly desync kept occuring every time the month ticked over.
File a bug report with the save included and link the report here.

Are there any plans to fix rogue servitors? They're completely ruined in this version of the game. I'm in the year 2300 and I have only 20 unity per month. Not sure if the issue is my biotrophies are not growing fast enough, or their unity production is either not happening or just way too nerfed. So either a pop growth buff or a unity production buff per 100 biotrophies, not sure which would be the solution here, but something is urgently needed.

Still no fix for armies disappearing from the outliner when they land on any planet anywhere any time, every time. Where are you going to address this Paradox? This wasn't a problem before 4.0 but you don't seem to be doing anything about it.

Still no Clerk/Virtuality fix huh. Was hoping to see one ASAP.
Hi hope for hard reset too since it was one of their selling point for the free update 4.0 phoenix. But no. Hope it will be in 4.0.11 or 4.0.12 since i fixed one of his bugs and gave them a solution . For the other one (the cybernetic situation not triggering) i'm not sure from where that came from.

Edit: I know where that came from. Here in the tr_cybernetic_adopt from the cybernetic tradition file :
C++:
on_enabled = {

        if = {

            limit = {

                has_machine_age_dlc = yes

                NOR = {

                    has_origin = origin_cybernetic_creed

                    has_origin = origin_unplugged

                }

            }

            hidden_effect = {

                country_event = { id = cyber.1 }

            }

        }

        else_if = {

            limit = {

                has_machine_age_dlc = yes

                has_origin = origin_cybernetic_creed

            }

            hidden_effect = {

                country_event = { id = machine_age.100 }

            }

        }

        else = {

            hidden_effect = {

                country_event = { id = utopia.2500 }

            }

        }

    }
On this code element, you can see that a check is done to know if we have the origin_unplugged, which remove the possibility to have access to the event cyber.1, representing the machine age cybernetic event.

Since the hard reset isn't the cybernetic creed origin, it cannot access the second event from machine age. It has then only left the utopia one, which is the research one.

I cannot fathom what was the goal here. Why not allowing the hard reset origin to benefit from the machine age cybernization situation? it make no sense to me.

Hard reset origin has a special description for event utopia.2500 that say that their new implant are mandatory and cost free for the population. Well this is not cost free since it cost engineering research.

To be honnest, i think that if you want to keep this flavour text, you can keep the utopia.2500 redirection for hard reset (with a research time instead of a engineering cost like with the astro-creator) BUT, if you have machine age, should be redirect on the machine age situation to gain their bonus (i am particularly talking about the +10% job output from augmentation center)

If PDX want, i can even do that for them and give them the result for a quicker implementation into a patch. It isn't that difficult to do.

No, it wasn't. Quite the opposite. Before 4.0 your armies stayed in the outliner regardless of where they were, on-planet or in space until you disbanded them or they died.
To be clear: Armies **SHOULD ALWAYS** show up in the outliner. Under 4.0.x they disappear from the outliner the moment you land them on a planet.

HEY PARADOX, YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!!

Before 4.0 there was a bug where armies would sometimes disappear from the outliner under certain edge case scenarios but it wasn't the norm. After 4.0 this bug always happens.

So *that's* why my army mysterious disappeared.

Also paradox, please please fix those performance issues that started in 4.0, the game is nearly unplayable for me, which really stings due to how much I've supported both this game and other titles from ya'll. If it takes a while that's okay, it's just that it feels like we've had like radio silence on this, and I'm getting worried that I may never be able to play stellaris again on this computer.

Colony_automation still doesn't work properly, there are a lot of civilians on the planet, but no districts will be built. Even if the console is used to fill up the resources.
