Here's mine, but I don't know if this is specific to the new update or if my system just doesn't run Stellaris well. It seems to hitch every half second or so if I'm moving my camera around which is very bothersome to look at. And this happens even if paused bizarrely enough.
If it's helpful:
My system is the following:
CPU: i7-11700k 3.60 GHZ 12 thread.
GPU: RTX-4090
Ram: 32 GB ddr4 ram (At low frequency due to mobo issues.)

Edit: For what it's worth, I posted my issue to tech support as well.
In tech support I was re-directed here, and told to provide additional information.
One can find my tech support thread here: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/frame-drops-when-moving-camera-around.1746106/
Here is a video showing my issues:
And here is my DXDIAG. Any additional information can either be found in that thread or by asking me :)

Current Version is [4.0.9] [a854]

This is related to performance and not sure where else to place this and the devs should see this.

I think the management screen in the planet viewer with all the portraits might be causing some issues with performance especially on mid range to lower end pcs. A friend of mine had been experiencing issues with looking at the planet view especially on the management, and they had found a mod that disabled the portraits on that screen and it helps them greatly with playing the game. Their planets have population around 2-11k. Figure the devs might want to know about this issue to see if they need to take another pass at the planetviewer.

The Mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3482079729

There is another issue my friend has found, the Ai are endlessly building science vessels, especially Scholarium subject.

I played for about 140 years yesterday. no real notable performance issues then.
Today i booted up the game, and it was completely unplayable. the game would freeze sometimes for minutes when i try doing stuff. colonising planets, interacting with dialogues, clicking on notifications, etc.
I'm upset because it was a really fun run. first game i played this year, and the wildernis origin seems super fun and interresting. now i can't continue because of bad performance.
I tried validating steam files, i tried a clean reinstall, rebooted my pc several times. i tried loading up the game first, and then loading the save instead of just pressing resume in the launcher.
i dont know why it suddenly has such terrible performance today, while yesterday it ran perfectly smooth.

pc stats:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080
RAM: 32 GB

on a machine like this, i don't expect any game to run this bad.

Game lagging when i move camera, same thing that happened with 1st game.
The most interesting part - there were no problems with this until I closed the game and continue to play later.

All my new games, since 4.0 launched, have shown a very significant drop in FPS whenever I open up planet view, and it happens from day 1 in-game. It happens with or without mods, and I'm attaching here a modless save to see if it helps. I'm running a i7-7700K processor, 16GB RAM, GeForce 3070 graphics card. Never had these issues. Also, there are others reporting the same thing.

Hello everyone!

We are currently working to track down the underlying causes of the performance issues, and we can use some help gathering more instances of particularly poor performance.

It would be helpful to get a variety of saves from (unmodded) games that were started after 4.0.3 was released, where performance is really bad. We'd like to use them for both script profiling purposes and to try to identify common elements between them.

Thank you!

Here's another save. This one has mid-game 3.14 performance in 2244, or at least it feels like it

the latest update seems to have fixed it. i've been able to play for a couple hours without any performance drops.
great work, guys

Stuttering in 4.0. While this lag feels different then the pre-4.0 late game lag, it's starting to stutter longer and longer. This is a 2248-year save, 1k stars, no mods, the fleet is only 1.6 mil. My empire size is pictured here. I am running on a 64 core, 128gb ram, and a gtx 4070. I attached my save and dxdiag. I have been purging undesirables that are not machines. I have everything but influence, so I can only abandon colonies at a slow rate. I forgot about making a vassal's I am waiting for a planet-killer so I can just skip that mess of colony acquisition, so the space can just be empty anyways.

Massive lag spikes, hangs, brief freezes, and stuttering. Not using any mods. Lag persists in both DX9 and DX11. High-end stable machine, updated drivers.

Worse than pre-4.0.

600 star game at 2380. What's going on is that there's constant lag spikes and brief periods of slowdown alternated by not having those things. I couldn't guess what causes it. Ship combat?

there might be an issue with saving the file & loading it. this might need a few saves/loads to get worse.
played a game, performance was decent. saved it manually to play again later, and performance was defnitly worse than before.
