You know what I would really like to see? An option do disable (or enable, respectively) nuke production in the country selection screen, just like with historical events and historical leader deaths.
A nuke free game would make for another (late) game experience, especially as a minor country.

This means the german player can block the coast with 8 fleets consisting of at least 3 divisions each. Those might be transport ships, but Subs will be less vulnerable to attack.
 
The ones to USSR and China receive similar additions. The changelog has been adjusted accordingly. Since no version has been made available so far this belatedly change should not hurt.
 
Yes, it might be difficult delivering Lend Lease to China if delivered to Murmansk. The idea of being able to block Lend Lease is excellent.
 
LL shipment to China event triggers should probably have CHI as the province controller rather than SOV.

Definitely. I need to fix that soon. Damn C&P.

Luckily by the time that the event could trigger China will likely not control them anyway, so general balance is likely untouched.

Congratulations!

If one has added v1.09RC1 patch to original v1.08, where is the link for updating to Set 36? I understand that would be called a "hot patch" which avoids having to redo the complete 1.09 installation by patching RC2 to original 1.08. Sorry if something I said not perfect jargon.

The zip file is called AoD_Patch109_RC2

Confusion occurred after I did "extract here". Can you please clarify if the extracted folder is called "Arsenal of Democracy" with size of 308MB. If that's the right one, I'll rename it RC2 before I patch it to my current installation. It seems there are too many folders all called "Arsenal of Democracy". At least for me, I need to understand what is what... or I'm quickly lost. THANK YOU!
