I think this is a bug
I was playing the Hohenstaufens and immediately inherited the Kingdom of Germany w/c I quickly expanded via crusades against the heathen. After that I decided to parcel out my kingdom to my heirs and this one particular fellow who seemed to have every trait, Chaste, Theologian, etc, etc and he was a heretic too. So I decided, as a joke, to make him Bishop of this territory so I granted him a title. Now when you grant titles some of your courtiers will go with him right? The problem is, this heretic bishop got all dead people. It was just hilarious but I thought, isn't this a bug?
Another weird thing I tried out was, I saw this dead guy in my court and I granted him a Bishopric in the Adriatic and he got it! He's got heirs and all but since he's dead I don't think they're going to inherit anything. As they said in some movie - You can't kill him, he's already dead!
Has anyone else had this occurence?
