Ok, I did some minor updates on the Romania Improvement Project. Download it and it's extras and use what you want. In the event file I disabled the Diktat and other claims, so I could put the events in the rom.txt file completely for conserving space. Also in the unitnames.csv you have some of the ROM entries with an extra column for diacritics usage.

It has historical (most likely) and ahistorical situations (branching out from the 36 fictional assassination attempt on Carol II, though there were many, none AFAIK were in 36)

There was no need to delete the pics,only blurring the swastikas or cutting them out is ok.
Well, progress of coding events for surrenders is slow, because I do not have much free time. I have finished surrender events for USA (USA surrender to Germany and Japan). Next is UK surrender, then SU surrender, then Japan, Italy and Germany. After that I will maybe write events for USA surrender to SU and vice versa.
