think you could cheat any more :p :p :p heh it just seems kinda....unrealistic....especially after playing as a 'cannonfodder' nation myself, that after 70 years you could have all this. Of course you gave yourself some....advantages.

I haven't cheated in over 60 years. With the exception of resurrecting my character after I died in battle, of course. I don't know why you must accuse me as such.

Well I doubt Sibir had any leaders in the game, much less ones that last three hundred years.;) and let's not forget the Colonial Dynamism you increased, and the early editing to make you leader of the alliance.

Well, can you blame me? Leaders are essential. Anyway, I let Arlit die. Wait, has he died in the AAR yet? Hmmm..... I'll have to write that in somewhere.

Anyway, you can't blame me for the others either. Since I'm taking over Russia's role as expansionist, I've got to settle the Siberian Corridor.

And the Alliance? At the rate I was declaring war, that alliance would never have ended! Plus Crimea was a really moronic leader of it anyway.

Are leaders that last the entire game?

Russia didn't expand into France :p

Well insult them and get them out, you'd prefer annexation anyway

Yes, they are. :D

Of course Russia did.... right?

One of the first acts being done now that the war is over is colonization. A Spanish colony with over 500 citizens is our main target, then an almost-city in Recife. Sibir shall be a world-spanning empire, if I have anything to do with it.

But because the last Power has been destroyed, that does not mean that Europe is free of enemies. The small states of Pskov and Rhodes still stain the map. But we will deal with them in time.

In early October, Grim Asgeirsson of Vinland takes up the heavy task of Holy Roman Emperorship.

The Pskovite War
Pskov is declared upon on November 20th. The Knights back down from the challenge, so we'll have to take them out another time. They are annexed almost immediately.

1571.... disappears into time.

1572
By 1572, all the land until the Irtych River is colonized and garrisoned with our cities.

On the 1st of July, new ships with fiery weapons join our navy. They should be very destructive vs. the English or Vinnish. (Vinnish? Is that right?)

Meanwhile, we are pouring money into building up our colonial cities in Manicougan, Recife, and Savannah. When we go to war with Vinland, we will need as many bases as we can get in the New World.

1573
At the start of the year, Grim Asgeirsson dies. However, his sucessor, Alf Haraldsson, still retains the title of Holy Roman Emperor. He shall be next to fall.

On April 12th, Scotland joins an alliance with England and the Iroquois. As if it was enough to save them.

In preparation for our invasion of Vinland, the Sjaelland and Holstein Squadrons merge with the Blue Squadron, now, due to its size, is called the Blue Armada. Similarly, the Mediterranean Fleet is also known as the High Seas Armada, since it is due to travel across the ocean with its cargo. It waits in Lisbon harbor, where it will pick up Dmitriy. I move my men out of Berlin and move to Zeeland, where the Blue Armada will take me to my destination. I will invade the British Isles when it is necessary while the Army of the Nobles will ravage the New World.

On September 26th, the High Seas Armada arrives off the coast of Newfoundland. This is our signal for war. Dmitriy begins his landing in Wabana the next day. By late October, Wabana is ours, and the rest of Newfoundland is well on its way.

We also send an envoy to Ayutthaya. We request that they join our military alliance, an offer which they happily accept.

1574
By March 1574, the rest of Newfoundland flies the Siberian flag. Isle Royale, on the other hand, may prove a tougher target, with its 22K defense army. But, my fears prove unnecessary. On September 23rd, the royal island falls and the resident ships are repelled and sunk.

3 days before Christmas, Eriksborg falls and Alf Haraldsson flees to Gaspésie.

1575
Late in January, Fundy falls to Dmitriy's master siegecraft, further distancing Eriksborg from any hopeful Viking reinforcements.

In March, while Lord Dmitriy lays into Gaspésie's capital with all he can, we embark on a project to create a shipyard in Flandres. I reason that since the English navy is so powerful, we should use the enhanced ship-building capacity that comes with such a yard to even the odds.

At the end of the month, Gaspésie surrenders. Haraldsson gets away, though he was seen to have been shot in the leg while escaping.

In May, the unfortified town of Torshavn in the province of Rimouski is taken. Kongshavn in Micmac falls 2 months later. This is followed by the capture of the last city, Borgarnes (Bangor) on September 8th. On the 10th, Alf Haraldsson is locked away forever, and his realm becomes one with our own.

I just noticed something. This is the most viewed active AAR in here! Plus, the only AAR with more posts than this one is pat's Bush in the Bear. :D Yay :D

Is anyone still reading this?:(

Sigh. :( :(

Blame that on high school society. Plus my mom cracking down on me whenever I try to play anything and then making me go to sleep at 9:30 or earlier.

Ok, we have a problem. My last save got destroyed somehow. I still have the last autosave, but it doesn't start till January 1st 1575. Should I just quietly reconquer Vinland and pretend that it never happened, or rewrite the war from that point on?

Mine is yearly. Which comes in handy, as the game crashes often. It just usually doesn't happen in between updates.

NOTE: I am now able to get online again. However, this is because I dragged out the old Macintosh which needless to say, is not the computer I run EU on. This means I do not have any of my notes and writings for the AAR on it either. Worst f all, since it is a Mac, it is impossible for me to even put something on a floppy and then put it here, even if it had a floppy drive (yes that's right no floppy. Stupid iMacs....). So, I will not be updating this AAR until my primary connection is restored. Which sucks because I have a nice juicy installment waiting for you. (Teaser: A couple religions just went bye-bye:D)

I apologize for the delay.
