Just look up Countries.txt to get the latest total list of ID conversions, just use this thread to post additions. It is unnecessary to keep the full list here as it quickly gets obsolete.

my suggestion:
1. FRC Franconia and THU Würzburg to COB Saxe-Coburg-Gotha
Coburg is a town in franconia, so not 100% right but in my view better than merge them to SGF (when they survive the eu2-timeframe they should stay independent IMO)
2. SWA Swabia to WUR Württemberg
Swabia is nowadays a part of Württemberg, and again i wouldn't like to see a sgf or ngf at the result of the conversion.
3. MAG Magdeburg to WEI Saxe-Weimar
not quite right, but the same region.
4. MAI Mainz to NAS Nassau
Mainz lies at the opposite side of the main-river, next to Wiesbaden the capital of Nassau in the 19th century
5. your suggestion: BRA to PRU, i would prefer to let stay BRA independent (there is an already an event in eu2 for converting them to PRU, so imo no need to do it with the eu2vic converter, an semi-optimal-alternative could be BRA to ANH)
There was the suggestion that all remaining german minors should merge under ngf or sgf. I am against this suggestion, because the sgf/ngf were more alliances than countrys/nations. but only my 2cents

I Cornwall was assigned to England as it is within Englands teritory at 1836.
Similar reasons for Aragon but it could indeed go to Catalunya.
RAG = MON due to geographic reasons.
Thanks for the suggestions, it is difficult to decide what to do with Germany.
1,2,4 are good.
3. I put magdeburg under PRU as I thought PRU (and BRA before that) held magdeburg for a long period of time.
5. Brandenburg can turn into Prussia by event but it is rare to happen if there is no human involvment. As most people known with EU2 see brandenburg and prussia as similar countries I think they are best merged.
MEC = MEC will stay as they have the same name
Maybe Aragon, Valencia, Mallorca and Balearic could be Catalonia. Catalonia represents in Victoria the Kingdom of Aragon.

I propose the following sequence of importance for TAG conversion.
Comining this and the comments of Eric Lasalle I propose the following for Germany.
Any suggestions?
- EU2 country name is the same or similar to the Victoria country name.
- A EU2 country which is historical the same as a Victoria country but with a different name.
- The geographical location of the EU2 country and the VIC country is the same.
- Otherwise it falls to the country that historically owned that area in 1836.
Comining this and the comments of Eric Lasalle I propose the following for Germany.

Navarra is norteastern Spain... part of the Basque country if I recall correctly

But isn't Navarra just the kingdom of the Bascs? While they live in both Spain and France today, I think they're really more affiliated with the Spanish...
