Castille didn't have anything occupied in Italy, those are just my claims. I can't take more screenshots because I just kept on playing, but I found that movement really strange.
Fort ZoC is still quite wonky and inconsistent. Sea landings, movements that might have originated before a wardec, and combining/splitting armies generally seem associated with much of the wonkiness. But I'm still surprised by oddities, myself (and rarely in a good way).

Is their a way to get rid of a guarantee that a country has on you ?. For instance I am playing Scotland and I do not want France to Guarantee me as I do not want to be dragged into their war with England when it happens. Is their a way for me to make them remove me as Guarantee or no ?. Please tell me i can get rid of it.. Or is it just not possible without them removing it.

Guarantees are one way. If France attacks England or if England attacks France, you get to sit it out. If England attacks you, France gets to come help.

And no, you can't really do anything about it.

Dam Because I am working on making a Alliance with England ( We are already Royal married ) Not sure if the guarantee is making them not want to alliance with me or not.. Have to check

Thanks for the information !

Quick question : Where is the notification parameter for "when a country becomes Defender of the Faith / lose this title" ? I can't find it, and I'd love to have automatically this info with a popup every time.

You get a notification when you can take over as DoTF, and I think that's it.

message settings >> others >> religion >> When someone else has declared themselves Defender of the Faith

I don't see any notice for losing it without someone claiming it though.

All you can really do to keep track of when someone loses it is to set the system to notify you when someone takes it (I think this is on by default for your own faith) and the manually set that country as a country of special interest and make sure you have notifications on for their wars. Even this isn't foolproof though because they are most likely to lose DotF by losing a war they have joined as an ally and not losing one where they have been the primary belligerent and I don't think you can get notices about the results of those wars.

How to get Sailors?

I've conquered coastal province from East Frisia (as Hesse), made it a State, fully cored and can't get any Sailors. Maximum 100, currently you gain 0...Anyone, please?

What's the local autonomy in the province?

Ahh so 10 expansions for 15 dollars each is $150. Why not have just one main install with all current expansions, and even charge utmost of 45 or 50 for it? it's still a discount. And I'm just writing this not necessarily to you but incase a Paradox dev. comes across and sees it.

The game goes on sale every so often. Last week was $40 for a bundle of everything up through, I think, Art of War (and all the minor DLC like sprites) and all the other DLC except the most recent two were 66-75% off.

So $60 or so for everything but Cossacks and Mare Nostrum.

Ive had this happen to me, likely you added autonomy to 100% correct? When it ticks down, their is a number at the bottom that is likely 0 for you, it will tick up at whatever rate of the provence provides, until it is 100, after that you will gain the sailors.

You are suggesting it's normal to westernize, at what point should I westernized? (at what tech do uly suggest?)
It is entirely normal to westernize as the Ottomans - preferably by conquering Vienna quickly enough that you can hit "Western Focus" the day after you reach ADM 10.

Agreed. Just keep in mind that it will cause your neighbours to westernise as well, so make sure you set up some limits by make protectorates or the like.

With the new States/Territories, If i make a state out of an area thats a colonial area, would it then still flip to the colonial nation that would be created there, or would it stay mine?

Speaking of states, I understand that the farther away a state is from the capital, the more you pay in maintenance. Does anyone have a good writeup on this? Like when its no longer economically feasible to blob out because the maintenance are more than you're taking in. I noticed that you shouldn't enable too many states at one time, because the provinces have 75% autonomy, which only ticks down slowly, meanwhile, you're still paying the full maintenance.

Any good tips on westernization, since having unbalanced research results in corruption?

The tooltip for changing to a state tells you what it will cost and gives an estimate of the effect on your income. I haven't checked it to see how accurate it is though.
