Is there any plans to add an option for custom nations to select from a DLC graphic pack?

I wonder how the Iberian unit pack will end up looking like. Portugal and Castile/Spain after all already has it's 1-4 tiers covered. The only living tags in Iberia without a full unit pack are Granada, Navarre (only has tier 1) and Aragon (tier 1-2). So I'm guessing a lot of the tags covered in this DLC will be revolter tags, which probably feels a bit meh for most of us, but could be useful for unit overhaul mods and for mods with an earlier start date. I had kind of hoped this Iberian DLC would have covered Italy as well, given Aragon (and later Spain's) vast influence over the region, but it doesn't seem like it based on the regions overhauled from the dev diaries.
Rule Britannia had at least 14 tags covered with (nearly) full unique tiers.
I'm guessing it will look something like this
Iberian
- Navarre
- Aragon
- Grenada
- Asturias
- Catalonia
- Valencia
- Leon
- Galicia
Those are 8 that are at least a given, so what could the rest be? Perhaps it might be this...
North African (given the map chances to the area of Morocco, I think it's quite probable they might get some units too)
- Sale
- Tetouan
- Sus
- Tafilalt
Italy (Hopeful speculation, given that Sardinia and Sicily were part of Aragon and Spain for several centuries, this might be appropriate. Also this could provide some fresh new Italian unit models. The Mare Nostrum Italian units were of poor quality compared to most other packs in my opinion)

I think they will add units to some colonial nation too. For example Brazil and Mexico.

So we didn't actually get the units today in the 'Unit Model' dev diary. Or more specifically, we got slightly less than half of them. Would it be possible to have an estimate as to when the unit models will be ready to view?

I would have liked to see cavalry units for Portugal and Aragon but those are nice.
