Why is everybody in Terra Inc???

No one is in Terra Inc. Character location is determined not by province but by the court/country. It is displayed in the TAG colum in CKL in the form Court_Name[Court_TAG].
In earlier versions of the game (1.00 and 1.01 IIRC) there was an attribute called 'home' in saved character data. This was probably the province ID, which determined where has the character return to, if its current court is destroyed but I am not sure about it. In newer versions the character migration is ruled by its family ties and this is probably the reason why there are no more 'home' attributes in savefile. Therefore default value 0 representing 'terra incognita' is used. So it is no bug, but an obsolete feature.

Thanks. :)

Yes, but this information is available. Just point mouse cursor over the ID of desired character and a more detiled info will pop up (see image) including the list of traits of selected character.

Not always:

The man has fifty billion traits, and none are listed. (From a save game made on 26Dec1066)

Great tool!

Couple questions...

1) Sort seems to be on ASCII value rather than char so sort all capitol letters sort above lower case letters. Maybe this is by design?

2) What grid control / data source are you using? (Great color features but the sort is slow as molassas).

3) Any way to toggle-off data that I wouldn't normally see in-game, like Health / Fertility?

OK, off to try using this with my game...!

Would you add marriage stat for every character?
It is already there, unles you mean something other than me. It is the rightmost column in character table

It seems the ledger has a problem when handle a big file.
I have tried to read > 17 MB save file and I got "Index out of bound exception."
If it is bug it is not directly connected with file size. I have tested save well over 21 megs and it worked. If you send me your save I will try to make fix.

The grid control he is using oddible ( if you haven't worked it out already) is TAdvColumnGrid, part of the TMS component set.

Yes it is TAdvColumnGrid. Unfortunately, I am using the freeware version so I cannot change things that I would like. I have decided for a third party component to save my time for making more features. If you remmember one of the first versions there was an all-mine grid taken from EUSpy, which was probably faster, but I was too lazy to develop it further and tried TAdvColumnGrid instead.

It happens to me also, but always in the same circumstances:

I used to play with the ledger in background but with no file loaded. when i need, i save the game and load into the ledger.

But if i try to load a second file in the ledger later, here is when it give me that error, so i must close the ledger and restart it, loading the new savegame file.

I don't know if that is a bug on the ledger or that my savegame is wrong (or maybe it is even WAD  ).

I am playing char id 666 in hastings scenario. He stars as prince of Vladimir (and count of the province of such name).

In the ledger it shows that prince of vladimir is character 666 and have no liege (LIEGE=---)

But count of Vladimir is char 666 (the same), have as liege the prince of Vladimir (LIEGE=VLAD) and the loyality of the count towards his liege is 0.0%
