The Oak Creek Accord
The following accord represents the confirmed friendship of the New California Republic (NCR) and the New Mexican Republic (NMR). It also establishes agreement to territorial sovereignty and military co-operation.
This document and its established points of treaty below constitute the entirety of the accord and upon ratification by signature below will remain in perpetuity until the end of time minus a day or upon withdrawal by the signed parties in open declaration.
Sovereignty
1.a - The New California Republic recognises the sovereign state of The New Mexican Republic to extend over all lands from its current southern boundary to the land south of Mexico City, with wasteland north not presently claimed by any opposing factions open for discussion.
1.b The New Mexican Republic recognises the sovereign state of the New California Republic at present borders, [REDACTION].
Military
2.a Military access will be granted by both nations to allow (with formal consent prior) movement of armies & divisions across territory's designated as either under occupation, invasion or an objective of war.
2.b Supply lines for both nations can be utilised by all armies of the alliance when in opposing territories.
2.c The agreement to military intervention is to be utilised on a "call to arms" basis. If either nation does not wish for units to enter their territories to assist then they are simply to not request such action by the alliance member.
2.d The failure to accept a "call to arms" can result in the nullification of this treaty by either nation at a moments notice.
2.e During times of peace, advisers from the New California Republic and the New Mexican Republic shall be sent to each other to allow the training and fielding of Yoa Guai Cavalry Divisions and Elite Ranger Divisions in the NCR and NMR respectively.
Diplomacy
3.a The NCR and NMR will establish embassies in each others capital towns.
Technology
4.a Both the New California Republic and New Mexican Republic will share all technological advancements between each other from this moment forth.
4.b Technologies shared between these two nations may not be shared with any third party without express permission of the other party.
