You're not too late - I'll let you do your stuff later since we're about to start, as long as you have something in mind.
We've already started, so yes, sorry! However, if you want to be a reserve (so you might get asked to sub in for someone if they can't make it or drop out) we're still looking for people.
We are going ahead tonight. Those who can't make it, you're protected for THIS session. There is room for two subs, possibly three - PM me your steam profiles if you're not in the group and want to sub. We're starting in about half an hour.

Sure - you'd be taking over an existing nation though. You're in as long as you can commit to the time slot.
Edit: For other who wanted to be reserves there may be permanent open slots, by the way - we have had one or two departures.
