Another run with Sweden up to '54.

No CTD.

WW2 ended after Germany stood outside Moscow and allies (or mainly, the US) steamrolled from the West and when the allies were in height with Berlin and former Czechoslovakia, eastern front collapsed and Germany as annexed in late '44.

About the endyear - if you selected 1950 as enddate at gamestart, this will be the new scenario information. So changing it later to use scenario information just uses the same 1950 value (unless you edit the enddate in the savegame).

Please explain the slider resets at 0:00 issue.
According to my tests the value is saved at the moment you release the mouse.
After you release the slidier its not necessary to switch screens anymore.
Is it because the screen is updates WHILE you are dragging?
Is it ALWAYS like this, or is it something that happens while in the game?

For me the game did'nt even load. I had a clean install of AoD. Patched to the latest official patch. It work fine. But after aplying the beta it wants to start in windowed mode and demand that I switch to 16 colors.
Is it how it should be?

Windowed / fullscreen are optional - run the loader (arsenal.exe) to choose your settings.

Maybe the game crashes because I use 32 colors. I will switch to 16 colors. A bit strange if it like that. ( It didn't make any difference)

Something is definetly wrong on your system - make a backup of your current directory and try making a fresh install and using 1.05 beta. ( i can see that you have some mods installed)

If that works, then zip me the entire AOD folder and upload it to the ftp account.

Your screenshot is 2 months earlier than the save, however I don't have any of those problems. Also for some reason Dai 15 Hōmengun (the army corps shown in your screenie) is trying to perform an Artillery Bombardment mission in Jinan, a province the Japanese own. How can you have those provinces if you are not at war with China? I declared war on them, and everything went fine, by the way.

EDIT - I get it, you declared war on the Chinese warlord before declaring war on N. China proper. Still, Jinan shouldn't be Japanese.

Has anyone tested, do 1.04 saves work with 1.05? It seems that apart from a few guys having trouble, the patch is smooth and stable. I would really like to be able to play my AAR game with the newest patch.

Are you soon ready to give it a green light, so the rest of us get a chance to beta test as well? :)
It does not seems like a lot of new bugs are present.

Already experienced in 1.04, but beta patch still has this:
There are a lot of "Minister died" event in the world.
Also there are quite a number of sudden government changes around.

Is it intentional?

Yes I saw Udet died in early 41 not a good sign. There where some sudden government changes in south America more than usual from what I remember.

I noticed that with production AI turned on, I cannot get the AI not to produce great qunatities of surpluss supplies? I'm at peace, need some 1.19 for my troops and produce a net amount of 12.92. The extra IC the AI puts there could have been used elsewhere.
