Name: Jean-Baptiste Kokate
Date of Birth: April 5th, 1947
Position: Christian Advocate, Aspiring Statesman

Biography: Son of a devout Christian household, and of the Gbaya ethnic group, Jean-Baptiste grew up to be somewhat of a firebrand, leading him to naturally seek a position within politics. After his youth, Jean-Baptiste became a spokesman primarily concerned with upholding Christian supremacy and keeping the Muslim minorities in check. Though sharing disdain for the animism, Jean-Baptiste found them always preferable, himself stating that they could find salvation yet, while the Muslims had already followed false prophets.

When Colonel-turned-Emperor Bokassa seized power, Jean-Baptiste was initially supportive, hoping that the Christian Emperor would take proper steps to further the faith. However, when Bokassa allied himself with the interests of Libya and converted to Islam, Jean-Baptiste was quick to reverse his support, fermenting dissent alongside his allies. With the return of Dacko, Jean-Baptiste moved to push himself forward into national prominence as a man of the people, specifically Christian people, but people nonetheless.

Red for Socialism and for the blood of our martyrs
Black for the people of Africa
Green for Islam and for the Green ideology

Led by Brotherly Guide of the Central African Revolution Yousef Coney, the Great People’s Socialist African Liberation Front seeks to spread the ideology of Green Socialism to the darkness of Africa, in order to enlighten the masses and to bring forth a socialist tomorrow. The ideology of the group is based on the Green Book on the Libyan revolutionary leader Colonel Gaddafi, who is regarded as the mentor of the Central African revolution. Direct action is required according to them. The Great People’s Socialist African Liberation Front is known to have bases in the Darfur region of Sudan, in eastern Chad and in the eastern and northern provinces of the CAR. It has deep links to the Islamic Legion of Libyan Jamahiriya and to the Great Revolutionary Leader Muammar Gaddafi. After the failure of Bokassa's alliance with Libya, a new actually socialist force is to be established as the beacon of African socialist revival.

The United African Association openly asks for an alliance between them and the Great People's Socialist African Liberation Front, as socialism is the only true way to rule a country. However, we openly declare ourselves a non-religious association, as we feel religion will not solve all problems.

The Sara National Front calls for a general strike in all cities across the country. I will be leading protests in my home town of Kaga Bandora and hope others join with me. We must protest for the establishment of a pan-African socialist state of for the end of the repression of good Muslims and of our Sara brothers both here and in Chad.

Declaration of the General Command of the Great People’s Socialist African Liberation Front

The General Strike called for by the Sara National Front has our full backing. We urge all Africans to rise up and protest against the tyranny of the current government, which is selling us away to the Imperialists.

To all sisters and brothers of our country, join us and our struggle. The Front will take you all to our ranks for the building of a Great Socialist State, following the brilliant principles of the Colonel Gaddafi. We urge all socialist movements to join ranks with us, and closely co-operate in building a socialist state.

To the Muslim and socialist members of the police and the armed forces, join your brothers in protest and desert the army. Do not fight for the interests of the Imperialists.

Let the words of the Green Book guide us.

Signed

Brotherly Guide of the Central African Revolution, Yousef Coney

A private memorandum is sent to President Dacko from General Kolingba:

TO: President David Dacko
FROM: General Andre Kolingba

Mr President, the current situation in our Republic is one of great danger. With the vile socialists violently rising up against the government, the necessary course of action, I believe, is that of swift and decisive retaliation. These rebels must be taught that, if they are to violently oppose a legitimate government that they themselves put in power, they will pay with their lives. Only through suppression can a clear message be sent to these insurgents.

My brothers and sisters! Have we not suffered enough under Bokassa, who spent all the money he could get his hands on to pretend he was the French Emperor of many generations ago? And have we not been disrespected enough by President Dacko? Dacko Degauge! It is time for our country to rise! And we should not listen to the Americans or Russians! We must listen to the true voice! The voice of God, and how he wanted all of His flock to care for eachother! I call on all the people of the Book, the Muslims and the Christians, to fight the current order in Bangui! You must all come to Vakaga, where the army of your salvation, the Green Army of Central Africa, will receive you with open arms! If you have weapons or ammunition, bring them!

Do not fear Dacko, do not listen to those who say otherwise! The power lies with the people, and you are the people! You have all the power in this country, the power to kill the rich men in Bangui like malaria, and bring the wealth of this country to you! If you join us, you will show that you want clean water, food, and schools for you and the future generations! Come, all of you oppressed! Together we'll make this happen!

-General Mosquito

While the rebel activity is not ideal, we can not promote the image of our government as one willing to massacre civilians, as Bokassa's Regime was viewed. Despite this, I will permit your men to stand at alert in the areas near the locations of Islamic Socialist protest, but avoid conflict unless the situation becomes volatile to the point where Centralafricain lives are threatened.

Name:
Benjamin Ubangi
Date of Birth: 22 May, 1946
Biography: Benjamin Ubangi was born in a small village on the banks of the Ubangi River in 1946, to a family belonging to the Banda ethnic group. He was raised in a Christian household and initially wished to become a priest, but following the independence of the Central African Republic he volunteered to join the army in 1961, at age eighteen. He served for four years in the armed forces of the young Republic, rising slowly but steadily through the ranks, until President David Dacko was overthrown by Colonel Jean-Bedel Bokassa in a coup d'état in 1865.

Ubangi was a strong proponent of the democratic process in the country, as he believed it was the only way the various religious and ethnic divisions in the country could be overcome. As a result, he was extremely opposed to the coup. However, Ubangi’s desire for a prosperous career in the army overruled his political qualms, as he ultimately decided to hide his opposition for Bokassa for the sake of his future. In 1872, he was rewarded for this appearance of loyalty by being promoted to the rank of Colonel.

However, following Bokassa’s assumption of the title President for Life in 1972 and an escalation of his autocratic tendencies, Ubangi could no longer conscience remaining in the army, supporting a man who was destroying the nation. In 1973, while on a patrol in the southern, forested areas of the country, he deserted from the army along with all but five members of his brigade, which was made up almost entirely of similarly disaffected comrades (roughly 2,000 men). The mass desertion was kept quiet by Bokassa’s government, and instead attempts were made to capture and kill all members of the treacherous brigade without the people’s knowledge.

For six years Ubangi fought a relatively successful guerilla war against the multitude of forces sent against him – regardless, by the time Bokassa was overthrown in a French-backed coup in 1979, Ubangi’s forces had shrunk to just 500 men, hardened by warfare and the wilderness. Following the coup, Ubangi’s actions against the dictatorial Bokassa were praised by the new government; his rank in the army was restored, and it was elevated to the rank of Brigadier General. Today, Ubangi is perhaps one of the strongest forces of democracy in the country. While he does not necessarily agree with the current President, he will defend the well-being of democracy in the Central African Republic with his life.

In April 1981, Ubangi met with the leaders of the United African Association, a social-democratic movement, to announce that he was aligning himself with the cause as he felt its motives - to promote democracy in the CAR and to protect the people of the nation - were pure and worthy of his support.

Name: Дмитрий 'полковник' Азаров (Dmitry 'Colonel' Azarov)

Date of Birth: 19th of April, 19 1954

Bio: Born in the midst of Soviet glory in Leningrad, Dmitry had a dream of being in the Spetsnaz so he could serve his country. He is a stern communist, if you should believe himself, nobody knows if this is true though. He believes in the world revolution, by force if necessary. At the young age of 26, he was assigned a squad of Spetsnaz, for him to command. His men, who holds great respect for him, calls him by his front name, or just 'Colonel'. He urges the Soviet Armed Forces to deploy him and his squad in the Central African Republic, to restore order in the troubled country. The leadership is however anxious in sending troops, as they are not willing without being... "invited" first, or having the support of the population. Dmitry is maybe not so patient as his government and might travel with his squad himself, if they do not take action quickly. He will however give them time. He currently resides in his flat in Moscow, with his wife and son.

Dear Mr. President, while we both have different political and religious stances, I believe we agree on one thing: these Islamic "socialists" protesting are bad news for you and me. Now, Mr. Dacko, I personally invite you to the UAA headquarters just a few thousand kilometers away from Bangui to discuss this in further detail.

Yours truly,
Francois Henri Mathieu, Founder and CEO of the United African Association

The President would rather not travel such a broad distance into what could be dangerous territory for a man such as himself, but he will gladly assign a representative to visit you, provided you agree to uphold democracy in the Central African Republic.

Dear Mr. Ubangi, would you like to join our wonderful group? It promotes a social-democratic nation for all! If you accept to this, come visit our headquarters.

Of course, we at the UAA understand your unease to come to our headquarters so far away, but we will gladly accept you sending us a representative. We, too, are true supporters of a great democracy.
