New Problems
18th February. An 45/GSC 3794.

Captain John Smith Prime, Id: SC013-C18-VG2, stood in the bridge of the ISV Wanderlust, staring out into the endless void. Around him dozens of identical men worked silently, all focused on their respective duties of directing and managing the giant space-vessel. Tearing his gaze away from the viewing port the Captain strode over to his chair and sat down heavily, opening up his personal data-set with a few quick keystrokes. Information flooded the screen showing him dozens of varying reports that ranged from the conditions of clone incubation chambers 20 to the condition of underperforming water mains in the engineering sector. Scanning through the reports he responded and dismissed each and everyone of them quietly and efficiently, the only sound filling the bridge was the incessant tapping of keys as the clones worked.

A dry cough came from the data-set causing the Captain to pause. Minimizing the reports John Smith Prime opened up the flashing request from the ship’s AI.

“Evening Alfred, what do you need?” The captain asked, his smooth voice showing no emotion.

The AI seemed to clear its throat, despite the lack of any such organs and any need to even do so, before speaking in it’s charming Albionish accent. “I am sorry to trouble you sir, but you did ask to alert you when any changes to the Cloning Chambers occurred.”

“Yes. What has changed?”

“As we have feared sir the continued instabilities within the last few generations has caused a significant drain on our resources, and we now require several distinct resources en-masse to make up for the unexpected costs.”

Rubbing his temples, John Smith Prime showed uncharacteristic irritation before taking a calming breath and reassuming his normal expression of apathy. “List them.”

“We urgently need Moyerite, Tungsten, and Rhodium. Secondary priority resources needed are Gronerium Compound 3983, Deuterium, Platinium, Copper, Lead, Iodine, and Sulfur. Tertiary priority resources are Sodium, Lithium, Mercury, and Aguuti Nodules.”

“So many? How in the stars did a few failed batches cost so much?”

The AI’s voice became decidedly serious. “This extends far beyond a ‘few failed batches’ sir. Since your own successful incubation failure rates have increased by 40%, and seem to spiking. My prediction software states that the upward trend will see the rate achieve a 75% failure rating within 6 generations.”

“What?!” The Captain jumped to his feet and stared at the data-set before him, his expression one of outright disbelief. “How?! The failure rate is already at its worst and you tell me it is going to increase even more? That can’t be right!”

“I’m afraid my margin of error is less than 0.0008%, sir. Every generation of clones sees more and more instability.”

Stepping away from the data-set to take a calming breath, the Captain turned around and spoke to the AI, his eyes closed. “What do you believe is the cause of these failures? All resources used are exhaustively examined to insure no impurities are present for their use in the creation process, so surely that rules that out.”

“You are correct sir. The odds of the failure being a result of the resources used are less than 0.00000000000000000006%. Instead the likely culprit is a degradation of the actual DNA itself.”

“How can you be sure? I know for a fact that there are no failings in the genome we are derived from. The process that was used to acquire it were intensely thorough.”

“It seems that the DNA itself has been altered. The genetic blueprint that you and yours are developed from seems to have… mutated. Weakened. The reasoning behind this alludes me, but the strength of the DNA has definitely worsened over the past years. Unless it is repaired I predict that the clones developed 9 generations from now will experience a failure rate near 99%. As you can imagine that would be the death knoll for this vessel.”

Shuddering slightly, John Smith Prime’s mind raced. Without access to the original donor of the DNA, and each clone’s constant degradation by every minute of their existence, the DNA would soon be rendered inoperable. He felt there was an alternate solution, even though his heart screamed against it. Speaking softly, John Smith Prime spoke to the AI. “There is another option, Alfred.”

“Sir?” The AI sounded confused. “What do you suggest?”

“The replacement of the genetic blueprint we use. A new string of DNA. A new forebear for the clones.”

The AI fell silent. A few minutes passed, leading John Smith Prime to think that the AI had disconnected itself from the console. As he reached to hail it once again, Alfred spoke up.

“What you propose is… extremely unorthodox, sir. To change such a fundamental part of the cloning process… There could be disastrous consequences. It took our creators generations to develop the perfect client.”

“They had one world to work with, Alfred, we have have many. I am sure that we will find-”

The AI cut him off, anger clear in its voice. “Develop, sir! They developed your progenitor. They didn’t speed up his aging process, they exposed him to an incredible variety of different sensations and experiences, they pushed and probed his mind, they spent countless billions of dollars developing the ‘ideal man’ to copy!” The AI paused, its voice calming down to a more conciliatory tone. “They spent natural generations doing this, sir. The failure rate I discussed refers to a generation of clones. A natural generation is expected to be 30 years. For a clone it is merely 15. It took the humans over 2 centuries of breeding to manage this.”

“We have no choice Alfred. Either we can try and fix the failing genome, which is near impossible to do without the original source, or we can attempt to find a donor that fulfills all necessary criteria.”

The AI went silent for a moment before speaking again, its voice once more kind. “So where do you suggest we begin, sir?”

“We need to restock our resources before we do anything else. Open up the galactic map, let us see which civilized system is nearest to us.” As the data-set projected a 3D chart Captain John Smith Prime traced his current location to the various star systems around them. Eventually, with approval from his AI, he decided a path.

“Alfred.” He said calmly. “Set course for Triste, within the The Free Territories of the Ismar Traverse.”

Speaker-General Dafyyd ua Brían

Screenshot-502.jpg

Date of Birth: 3/17/3743
Nationality: Celtic
Incumbent Since: 3785

Biography:
The Red Prince

Dafyyd ua Brían is the second oldest son of the former High King of Celtia, Brian II. Not even 10 years old before the Celtic Civil War tore the country apart, Dafyyd never got to experience the privileged royal lifestyle of his older brother, and the current Pretender and Claimant to the Celtic throne in exile, Fionn. As a result, despite the sizable manors and relative luxury of his post-Civil War childhood, he was always drawn to less paternalistic and conservative politics than that of his elder brother and father. When he was 18 years old, he adopted the politics of the hAillinist Party, where he soon grew enamored with the prospect of a republican Celtic state. However, upon hAillin's fall from grace after her passing, he soon distanced himself from the politics of the disgraced Commander, instead turning even farther left, a drive propagated with Dafyyd's harsh relationship with his family. His father, being the idealistic autocrat who dreamt of a constitutional Celtic monarchy, saw his son as a traitor and a disgrace for joining the party of the woman who overthrew him. With his father and brother both turning their backs on him, Dafyyd only went further left once he turned 21. At age 25, He married Erynn Mac Gabhann, a left-leaning singer whose singles swept Celtia by storm, and joined the AtAD along with his wife. Brian was so enraged by the prospect of his son turning socialist, he officially disinherited his son and cut him off of the family, which had practically happened already. Years later, Dafyyd and Fionn, who blamed Brian for the death of his father only two years after the estrangement of Dafyyd from the family, never reconciled, and still despise each other. Seemingly free of his royal parentage and family, Dafyyd stood for office, and was elected to the Assembly of Worker's Councils when he turned 37. Dubbed the Red Prince, Dafyyd cut a strong figure in the Assembly. The Red Prince had come.

The Royal Socialist

When he was 44, a AtAD - COA coalition came to power, and Dafyyd saw himself becoming a junior minister in the Celtic Foreign Office. Working his charisma and considerable political charm, Dafyyd manipulated and pulled strings to make himself the Deputy Foreign Officer (or whatever the term is in Celtia). Before long, his royal bloodline, however much he distanced himself from, become a point of contention between the relatively unstable coalition and it's opposition, as well as from the Celtic media, who's penchant for vicious hatred runs deep. With parties across the leftist spectrum attacking Dafyyd's high position in the Foreign Office, The 'Royal Socialist', proposed the following to the government. Just as Saiorse ua hAillin proposed that his father become Speaker-General 30 years previous, Dafyyd proposed that he become a candidate to take the office after the Baekduan Speaker General retired in 3985. It would get him out of the government's hair, and out of the Celtic Republic, and he would be able to spite his father, by seizing the position Brian never could take. The government, on the verge of collapse, agreed. Winning a narrow election over the Uskugan candidate, Dafyyd was sworn in for his first 5-year term as Speaker General in 3785, the second Celtic citizen to hold the office. His tenure as Speaker General was renewed in the last months, for another 5-year term. Notable for his strict adherence to protocol, Dafyyd has grown to have a reputation for unbiased and objective judgement, and is renowned as a galactic diplomat.

Lamia at a glance: The Heir(s) apparant

At 63, pundits and commentators alike have been discussing what will happen next in the event of His Majesty’s passing. Given the ages of all 3 children, the next king’s rule may be even longer than Victor’s but the overriding question remains: What sort of leader will the oldest be?

young_man_portrait_by_wuduo-d7m4mqq.jpg

Leo Venizelos (Age 23)- Slated to become the third King of Lamia not much is known about Leo other than some basic information. Unlike his father he studied in the capital city of Olympus in Thessalia, the seat of Lamia’s power, earning a degree in Political Science, Economics and Philosophy. The first two were mandatory, the last one by his own will. Also unlike his father, he has no military nor administrative experience instead opting to traveling among the colonies to observe the various business practices conducted particularly by Valiant Industries and the Covenant Company. The only other information known of the young man is he does not share his father’s love nor history of drugs and alcohol although when it comes to his personal life rumor has it he will soon be engaged.

young_blood_by_lukassowada-d4i4o4v.jpg

Gamlin Venizelos (Age 21)- Seen as the middle child but the first to marry, Gamlin wed his university sweetheart three years ago with the couple expecting their first child in the coming months. His path is the rule of law choosing to become a lawyer form a colonial firm which helps in civil lawsuits involving the various business conglomerates be it the industries or banks. He is the only member of the family who has chosen, perhaps due to his profession, to reside in the colonies specifically Hecate which holds the distinction of Lamia’s first. He is believed to have a better relationship to his older brother with whispers an intense sibling rivalry with his “kid” sister. The details are sparse with several dismissing it as here say. However, there has been a noticeable lack of public appearances, affairs of state included, between the two of them the last 3 years despite citations of duty to his own family as a reason for his absence.

rita_by_edana.jpg

Kristina Venizelos (Age 19)- Considered as the “baby” of the trio, even less information is known of the dark horse for the Lamian crown. Records show that she has already been accepted at the illustrious Heraklion University located in Neo Athens in the capital planet of Thessalia with the first courses being related to science and mathematics leading several to believe she will walk a similar path to her uncle Maximilian. Unlike her brothers, she was sent separately to an all-female boarding school for several years with various referrals for “deviant behavior”.

ladyfire_by_paulabrams.jpg

Lysa Archibald Venizelos (Age 58)- The matriarch of the family, Lysa met her future husband just before his 2-year stint in the military. Initially on and off casual lovers upon his return their relationship became serious with marriage arriving a year later. The oldest daughter of an entrepreneur and doctor, It’s argued that she has earned the highest achievement of anyone within House Archibald: A holy matrimony with the leading house of the Kingdom cementing its own power for years to come. However, the king’s wife has been sidelined with little to no public exposure leading several to think she was just a mistress for His Majesty. This is far from the truth. In fact, throughout much of his reign she counseled and pushed her husband in his moments of doubt particularly with various decrees involving reform though ironically her involvement in the Martial Equality Act is said to be minimal. She is described to be both a loving wife and mother credited with ensuring the best upbringing and education possible knowing it would serve her children well in the future. Rumor has it she is fairly religious though her beliefs are a tightly held secret that appears absent among her husband and children.

The nominations for the Republican League General-Secretariat have been made. The delegates of each constituent nation shall now place their votes.

Ballot:

Rodion Kuznetsov / Judy Lener / Abstain

Please indicate the number of votes for each delegate.

Deadline is end of the turn.
Reminder into how the Republican League works:

Each member nation elects 20 delegates to represent their polity on the Republican League Council. These delegates can vote however they wish, can be part of political parties (both domestic and international) and can vote in favour or against what their own government wants, a la the EU.

The votes cast by the Delegates of the People of the Celtic Republic are as follows:

10 Rodion Kuznetsov / 2 Judy Lener / 8 Abstain

We furthermore congratulate, before the Republican League, the new High Commissioner of the Ahbrazz Mandate, Saiorse Brett. Following this election, we announce to the Republican League that the incoming High Commissioner will, with support from the Celtic Republic, put into place a programme which will lead to the end of the 25-year-long occupation of Ahbrazz and the creation of a free and equal Ahbrazzian nation.

The Celtic Republic delegation to the International, representing the Páirtí Sindicalist Cheilteach Athchóirithe and the Comhaontas Aicme Oibre, believe that the goal of the Syndicalist International must adapt to the changing times. We propose for debate that:

- We must pledge ourselves to safeguarding the indigenous races of Novus Galaxy from imperialistic and capitalistic hegemony. We must pressure Baekdu internally through our friends in the Baekduan workers movement to end exploitative practices against non-humans, both in Harthus and Novus. We must also, on the global stage, directly oppose those who attempt to conquer and feed upon the indigenous of Novus.
- We must oppose imperialistic action by Albion occurring under the guise of preventing genocide. The Pure State is a psychotic entity in opposition to the cause of Syndicalism and equality and, like all anti-progressive forces, be ended - however it must be liberated by local Syndicalists supported by the International. To this effect, we propose the International pledge itself to the cause of "Pure State" liberation but without conspiring with the forces of imperialism.
- As always, the slave trade must be viciously resisted. We must continue to publish lists of corporations and Governments that work with slavers, and encourage direct action against them.
- The International must support the independence movement in Ahbrazz, and that the incoming High Commissioner put in place a definite timetable for the end of PGC occupation.
- Further gaps in equality within the Republican League must be addressed. The status of the League as a defensive necessity must be acknowledged, however more must be done to redistribute wealth within the free nations of the Galaxy.
- Finally, the International must support the exiled leaders of Syndicalist movements in autocratic polities by providing them a legitimate voice on the Galactic stage, and more directly by providing them legal refuge within Syndicalist polities - and legal refuge to all who fight against the forces of oppression.

The Delegation for the People of the Celtic Republic propose the following resolution to the Pan-Galactic Community:

Resolution for a Constitutional Assembly for Ahbrazz Mandate

1.
The High Commissioner for the Ahbrazz Mandate shall, in no less than three Standard Galactic Years following the passage of this resolution, hold free elections with universal adult sentient suffrage within the mandate Ahbrazz for an Ahbrazzian Constitutional Assembly.
2. The role of the Ahbrazzian Constitutional Assembly will be to establish a lasting constitution and method of government for an eventual independent Ahbrazzian state, with co-operation from the High Commissioner and the Pan-Galactic Community.
3. The final Constitution must be approved by the Pan-Galactic Community and the Constitutional Assembly.
4. This Assembly will have no legislative powers beyond the formation of a constitution until the end of the Mandate or the concession of powers by the High Commissioner. However, the input of the Constitutional Assembly can be used in an advisory capacity by the Mandate in legislation.
5. The end of the Ahbrazz Mandate will continue to be at the discretion of the Pan-Galactic Community itself.
6. The Pan-Galactic Community will restate that the goal of the Ahbrazz Mandate is eventually a stable and independent Ahbrazz.

flag_091.jpg

The Adrallan Oligarchy vetoes the Celtic proposal regarding the Ahbrazz mandate. We already had one crisis this year over the Tasavaltan attempt to impose an independent state of a specific ideology in Ahbrazz, and the Celtic proposal is little better. A specific ideology is being imposed on the mandate, with free elections being held to determine a constitution for Ahbrazz. While this may seem acceptable to Celtia or its republican cronies, democracy and republicanism are not the sole methods of statehood represented in the PGC, so we must protest in the strongest manner the imposition of republicanism and democracy on the Ahbrazzan people.

Cheisa Huljak, Adrallan Representative to the PGC

images

The Delegates of the People of the Celtic Republic must convey their dismay at the Adrallian descision to veto the resolution, which is the best chance for a stable and free Ahbrazz. We will note that the Adrallians made no attempts to offer an acceptable compromise for entirely ideological reasons despite our reassurances that the High Commissioner would remain neutral. We will continue to run the resolution to the floor in the hopes of securing a supermajority, and that we will continue to push for a peaceful and gradual transition of Ahbrazz into an independent polity regardless of the results of the vote.

THE PAN-GALACTIC COMMUNITY

The Pan-Galactic Community will now vote on the proposed resolutions.

Resolution 3794-1 - Aye/Nay/Abstain
Proposed by the Free State of Albion
Resolved that the Pan-Galactic Community recognizes and shall agree and support the Ukrask Agreement.

Resolution 3794-2 - Aye/Nay/Abstain
Proposed by the Free State of Albion
Resolved that the Pan-Galactic Community shall offer non-belligerent support to the Free State of Albion in their intervention in the Pure State.

Resolution 3794-3 - Aye/Nay/Abstain
Proposed by the Celtic Republic
Resolved that the Pan-Galactic Community shall promulgate a Constitutional Assembly for the Abhrazz Mandate.

With the Adrallan Oligarchy's veto of Resolution 3794-3, and the Celtic Republic's intent to run this bill despite that, I would like to remind this body that only a supermajority shall allow this resolution to pass. Any vote short of a supermajority shall result in it's failure. You may commence voting.

~ Dafyyd ua Brían, Speaker-General of the PGC

By the vote of the people of Tasavalta.

Resolution 3794-3 - Aye

Proposal for the Republican League

The Zelsari Republic have struggled alone for a long time, yet we are still left behind in the development of teh republican nations. With the friendship, and love that all republics must have for each other in order to stop the tide of monarchism and meritocracy fascism the Zelsari Republic propose the following economic package to revive the dying economy of Zelsar and the bring new blood to our relations with our brother and sister of the stars.

ZELSAR ECONOMIC RECOVERY PACKAGE

A)On Debt:

  1. The signatories agree in the spirit of cooperation, friendship, republicanism and progress to forgive Forty percent (40%) of the currently held state debt of the Zelsari Republic.

  2. The signatories agree to restructure the remaining Zelsari debt in order to reduce interest rate upon it by a fifty percent (50%) reduction.
B) On Investment:

  1. The signatories agree to float financial funds for the investment in the rebuilding of the decade damaged Zelsari infrastructure.

  2. The signatories agree to finance the construction and modernization of new system level space fortress in the capital system of Zelsar which is most exposed to a invasion by a resurgence aggressive Adrallan military.

  3. The Signatories agree to finance the construction of a modern spatial trade hub in the system of Enyatar in order to help development of the outer zelsar territories as well serve to give an impulse of commerce and trade to the Terran Free State and the fledgling Abrazz mandate.
C) On cooperation for development:

  1. The signatories Uksugu League and Baekdu Republic agree to help in the development of a functioning school system for the Zelsari Republic. This will be done by allowing zelsari chosen citizens to study in centers of teaching preparation in the aforementioned nations

  2. Selected Citizens of Zelsar will be allowed to enter in special scholarship programs in institutions of higher learning in the Baekdu Republic and Uksugan League in areas of engineering, life sciences, hard sciences, commerce and energy development.
D) On migratory policy:

  1. The signatories agree to grant a special, working immigration documentation for citizens of the Zelsari republic wishing to move and work in their respective polities, this document will be a 3 years working permit, which after expiration can be renewed at the discretion of the state producing it, in accord of local laws.

  2. The Signatories will not restrict or tax the flow of money sent by Zelsar citizens under the immigration umbrella towards the Zelsari Republic to encourage faster recovery of the zelsari family economic units in the ground of the republic and motivate consumption economic development.

Resolution 3794-1: Aye

The peaceful resolution of the Ukrask mandate through joint cooperation of Albion and Azeratii has no elements the Adrallan Oligarchy finds objectionable.

Resolution 3794-2: Aye

The Pure State is a threat to galactic stability and a source of disorder, so its removal is beneficial on the whole. However we caution Albion in the strongest terms to act with caution on this matter, as imprudent course of action may result in the death of countless Sorian citizens due to the diabolical countermeasures put in place by the Pure State.

Resolution 3794-3: Nay

The Oligarchy's objections here have already been stated.

Cheisa Huljak, Adrallan Representative to the PGC

MacauFlag2.jpg

Resolution 3794-1: Aye

We are pleased to see that Albion and Azeratii were able to reach an agreeable resolution on the matter of the Ukrask Mandate.

Resolution 3794-2: Nay

The question of the Pure State is very serious to the people of the Free Territories, with the Telmun system neighboring it so closely. We feel that great care must be taken in dealing with the Pure State, as all evidence points towards a stubborn, unwavering leadership who’s quick to respond to any perceived belligerence militarily, placing untold millions at risk. It is for this reason that we must agree with Her Excellency Zalvak v'Kernak's hesitation regarding outright intervention in the Pure State, preferring direct action only when all diplomatic options have been exhausted.

Resolution 3794-3: Aye

Having only recently established our own constitution, we naturally support similar steps being taken in the Ahbrazz Mandate.

- Cathal Brugha, Free Territories of the Ismar Traverse Representative to the PGC

Uksugu Addresses The Zelsar Economic Recovery Package
The Uksugan Federation would like to open discussion about and put up the Zelsar Recovery Package for a vote as the Zelsar economy needs immediate action to be taken before it deteriorates further. Analysts have estimated that by next year the Zelsar Republic would default on its debt, leading to a disastrous economic state for Zelsar. I would like to note that the debts of Zelsar are mostly held by Uksugu and Baekdu. Thus I feel that the points in the package concerning debt should be left to Zelsar, Baekdu, and Uksugu to negotiate.

--
The Uksugan delegates will vote for the Secretary-General of the Republican League as follows:

3 Rodion Kuznetsov / 15 Judy Lener / 2 Abstain

--
The Uksugan Federation will vote on the proposed PGC resolutions as follows:

Resolution 3794-1: Aye

After reviewing the Ukrask agreement, we have found no problems with the agreement and are pleased to see a peaceful resolution of the Ukrask Mandate.

Resolution 3794-2: Abstain

We acknowledge the threat the Pure State poses to its neighbors and understand why Albion would take military action. However, Uksugu shares the same concerns as the Sorians with the defense platforms pointing multiple nuclear weapons at Ylisstol. It is also very likely any military conflict with the Pure State would become drawn out and exhaustive. Uksugu abstains only because we are not sure if the benefits of eliminating the pure state would outweigh the risks of confronting the Pure State.

Resolution 3794-3: Aye

The establishment of a constitutional assembly and the foundations of an eventual independent government for Ahbrazz is within the interests of Uksugu.

- Wayne Thezal, Uksugu Federation Representative for the PGC

While the Albish Delegation supports the sentiment behind the Celtic Proposal now is not the right time. After the debacle with Tasavalta and the civil unrest seen on Ahbrazz the PGC must first focus on reasserting order and stability in the system and prevent further potential unrest that could stem from a rushed independence bill. For this reason we vote no on Resolution 3749 - 3. Once the mandate has been reestablished and stability brought again to Ahbrazz perhaps we can look at a concrete plan to move towards Ahbrazz self-determination.

On Proposal's 3749-1 and 3749 - 2, the Albish Delegation will of course vote yes to both of these motions. We respect the great trust placed in us by the Adrallan Oligarchy in supporting our efforts to rid the galaxy and terror and reiterate to both the Adrallans and the Sorians that we will do everything in our power to prevent the Pure State from unleashing retaliatory strikes on the Sorians. We Albish have felt the pain of the Pure States attacks and would not wish to have our other neighbouring Polities feel the same pain.

~ Norman Tyne, Earl of Watrin, Albish Ambassador to the PGC

The Zelsari republic votes:

Proposal's 3749-1 : Agree
Proposal 3749 - 2: Abstain in concordance with other polities opinion

The Most Illustrious and Non-Degenerate Pure State of Xaxthyx and Xan'thi
Glory to the Xaxthyxians! Death to the Impure Ones! Death to the Collaborators!

(chant of the above continues for approx. 1 minute)

By the grace of the Leader of the True Peoples, we now deign to address the degenerate non-people of the illegitimate and imperialist State of Albion,

Your pathetic squabbling in the halls of your humano-collaborator masters has not gone unheard by us Righteous Ones. We will respond to your belligerence and declarations of all-out war with fire and fury unlike any ever seen by your pathetic eyes. We are, as we speak, unleashing a deathly plague upon your city of Waibosa, which shall annihilate first its residents, then that of your entire world, by chewing up their flesh and spitting out their bones. Such an attack will show you the true power of us Righteous Ones, united in a single purpose and spirit, unfettered by degenerate machines or perverted by enslavement. Listen to the pathetic screams of your children, the lamentations of your women, the begging of your men for the comfort of their mothers' embrace! Listen to it well, for it shall be the last sounds you hear as you succumb to the plague! Perhaps after you taste true fear and death, you will reconsider your unwise provocations against the Righteous Ones. Death to you all! Death, pain and torture for ten thousand years to all of you, your children, and your children's children!

Resolution 3749-1: Aye

This agreement is beyond reproach in its moderation. Two powers have agreed peacefully to the settlement of a political concern. This progress warms our hearts, especially during times of galactic controversy. The principle of moderation and the cooperation of regional powers should be a model going forward for all mandates. We pray to the Lord Salvator to guide the people of Ukrask to their national destiny and prosperity through his love and mercy.

Resolution 3749-2: Aye

We have ultimate trust in our friends in Albion and in the support for the endeavor shown by the Adrallan Oligarchy. Our prayers go with Albion, Soria, and those trapped under the tyranny of the so-called Pure State.

Resolution 3749-3: Nay

This issue of Ahbrazzan independence must not come at a time of protest and violence and it must not be mandated by representatives of far strung powers. Rather we hope to see a gradual process towards independence with the cooperation of the surrounding powers.

Resolution 3794-2: Nay.

It is clear from recent events that, rather than a real solution, the hawkishness of the Albion Free State can only cause further catastrophe. Disaster in Albion has only been closely averted and further provoking from Albion will only inspire similar attacks in neighbouring polities.
