I bought Galactic Civilization 2 from Stardock in a French shop on the 23rd of August 2006. If the installation of the game went OK, I had a graphic bug preventing me from playing.
I have seen that the game has been patched several times now, and I would like to install the latest one to try to resolve my problem, but it is necessary to activate my game on your website for this.
Regrettably, it would seem that the registration key I got for this game does not work, while this game was brand new when I bought it.
Could you please help me to activate my product, or supply me with a new key ?
My current, non working key is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
I still have a proof of purchase if necessary.
