In the Conquest of Dorne start date, two of the Crownlander counts are mysteriously independent, and any attempt to bring them into the fold (even going as far as fabricating claims) does not work. You can declare war on them at game start up, but the wars soon end inconclusively. As an aside, Daeron should definitely start with a significantly higher learning stat and a lower intrigue stat, both to help him get a better martial education and to help the Dornish win a war of assassination and treachery.
 
Anyone noticed anything weird with battles? First, I've lost half my forces when using a dragon in battle. Second, I was steady winning (the enemy was down to one flank IIRC) but then suddenly I lost and my army vanished. I'm ok with this being some freak legit events but that feels more like bugs to me.
 
Event spawned troops and preraised troops should have flanks to avoid the ridiculous +270% flanking bonus introduced by the new CK2 patch. The Blackfyre rebellions would be greatly boosted by this, for instance (the War of the Ninepenny Kings is cool but currently not really playable as a result).
 
As Ned Stark during the "Stag on the Throne" scenario. I divorced Catylin and married the young Daenerys. The kind sent a message saying that I'm harboring an exile and to hand her over or else. I chose "NEVER" but the war in the tooltip never happened. I have gotten the message several times, and selecting "never" seems to just cancel out the popup with no consequences.
 
Playing as Daenerys, after an average of six to twelve months, the game slows down somewhat, but nothing too radical. What worries me, though, is that it gets to the point that it can take up to five minutes to save a game (and sometimes the file is corrupted) and the music keeps interrupting itself and beginning again, in ten seconds cycles, repeating again and again the same thing. I need to quit the game to get it back to normality.

Also, I got Tumco Lho instead of Missandei at Astapor.

EDIT: Yes, it's happening as Rhaenyra too, this time including some graphical glitches (disappearing backgrounds etc), so it's a larger issue than I thought.

The game is unplayable right now, a shame. :(

That video glitch had probably something to do with the coat of arms textures, whatever that means.
 
So i think i setup the qt launcher with the wrong mod dir. Theres nothing in the .conf file. I tried removing and reinstalling qtck2launcher but the initial config file seems to be in place somewhere. The python launcher however seems to work. the -mod=mod/A Game\ of\ Thrones must also require deactivation of all dlcs I can't recall that command. I found a solution for my original complaint though, unfortunately it requires the python launcher so my original task is somewhat void. The py launcher provides a nice code key of all the dlc's available in its terminal output.
 
Ok, i was wrong the mod appears in the py launcher but the mod wont load even with dlc's disabled. can anyone tell me why this is happening here's my terminal output:

As northmen, I cannot seem to Banish people to the Night's Watch, IIRC they just needed to be imprisoned and it was an intrigue option, but it's not showing up for me.

Also, what is the function/purpose/effect of the Crown Loyalist faction?

Banish them regularly, then you get a popup that asks if you want to send them to the Night's Watch. There might be something special with landed titles.

The Crown Loyalist faction represents vassals who are loyal to the crown, not to their liege. They will turn against him in a civil war.
 
Found a minor bug, the valyrian reforge Passion is not listed as a valyrian steel sword, nor does it show up in the "show valyrian swords" decision if it exists. Any idea which files i'd need to edit to fix this myself? Rather not break anything because i forgot something somewhere :O
 
It seems that in the province south of Thenn, there is no building but still a character. It makes the game a bit buggy and messes up the graphics if you click on the county. Is there any way I can quickly fix this myself or should I wait for a fix?
 
Playing as Aegon in conquest scenario and going east, Kingdom of Westeros was created by Dorne (they didn't have any holdings outside of their de jure territory)
 
The Night Watch Commander cannot appoint any brother of the Night Watch as Commander of Eastwatch-by-the-Sea or the Shadow Tower. The tooltip says they must be able to marry and produce heirs.
 
I'm about 50 years into a Meereen game. A few funky things that I've seen:

1) Republics will declare war to seize trade posts in other republics' territory. A victory just results in the trade post being destroyed and the loser rebuilds the next day. Could be a vanilla issue, but I haven't seen it there.

2) At some point the choice to choose a child's education path stopped firing and the game defaulted to the vanilla education system.

3) I'm not sure if WAD or not, but the slaves generated from successful raids always generate with the same set of names.

4) Again, not sure if WAD: when slaves rebel, any increase in slave camp size is destroyed. If that is WAD, might need a rethink or decrease the frequency of slave revolts. While increasing the size of a slave camp increases max levies, it's pointless to do it because the odds are that long before the levies replenish to the new max there will be a revolt.

5) Also on increasing slave camps, at some point the event where a merchant offers to increase your slave camp for 1000 gold also started knocking any current gains down to zero.

6) The AI can't handle slave revolts as designed very well. They produce instantaneous large stacks in the capital. If the AI raises levies in the capital, they get slaughtered because of low morale. The total number of troops from other provinces is less than what the slaves have. So, the slaves win and become slavers themselves. In a couple of years, they fall to a slave revolt and it happens all over again.
 
I'm playing a game as Braavos and, uh, the son of Mance Rayder and unchallenged King Beyond the Wall just successfully invaded the Nightswatch. He's taken over their three northern provinces, but strangely enough the Commander of the Nightswatch is still ruling from Castle Black, despite not actually owning any holding there, while all of his courtiers are in an 'unknown location'. And the Lords of Brandon's Gift and New Gift are independent counts now. I'm guessing there isn't actually an event or anything to handle this yet?
