Well, looking at the stats for how many brigades you have got and stuff, I couldn't help noticing that our compositions are very different, firstly, I have nearly double the amount of Airforce, with the important Stuka Infantry Support Planes (yay!!!), and my navy is nearly double the size. It might have helped that I had been mobilised since the beggining of '37, but hey.
At the moment I'am preparing to attack Poland. but whats annoying is that Czechoslovakia has joined the allies! It seems they forgive the allies alot for betraying them at the Treaty of Munich! So I plan to crush Poland and Czechoslovakia quickly and then send a large contingent of the troops that were used in Poland, including the Panzers to the french front and drive through Belgium or simply punch a hole in the Maginot line.
I see that the same thing that happened in my previous game has happened in yours, the Italians don't attack France on the mainland. I can't see africa, but did the Italians get pushed back in africa?
