Flags:

We have got all flags that are needed. If we need any more (i.e. for revolters), I'm sure we'll get it done, Txini seems to be helpful on this.

Graphics:

Rossamus has done some good graphics, would he care to take care of some other things also?

Sprites:

Nothing with high priority, probably something we could fix after a first or second or third version is out.

Tank Sprite

I haven't had a go at Sprie making for HOI yet but if you want I could probably create a WWI British mark IV style sprite. I did one a couple of years back for Call to Power. If interested let me know as I could send you the AVI file I created and you could tell me if a sprite based on that would be useful.

Might not be important that the text can't be read (most people can't read kyrillic anyways although I can ), but is the text corner to blurry to look good?

It doesn't sound like too much of a problem to me, unless of course we get complaints from Russian players who find themselves having to position themselves half an inch away from the screen and squint in order to read the writing.

Something like that!

It says "Russian Socialist Federal Soviet Republic", or "Rossijskaja Sotsialistitjeskaja Federativnaja Sovetskaja Respublika" (Swedish transcription, differs from English in i.e. tj - ch, ja - ya).
