Here the pictures to be changed http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showpost.php?p=10422347&postcount=499.
Please I need your help about that.
Could you please wait? I would like to add the new Japanese, German and Soviet tech teams.
could someone help me resize the pics? or tell me how to? Or at least tell me the sizes?

This computer was produced in cooperation with Terasawa and Sasaki Tatsujiro who were in this laboratory. During the War, this research was moved to the buildings of Furukawa Co., Ltd. in Nikko for safety and continued. They went to Tokyo at the risk of their lives to obtain parts for the relay.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norwegian_Military_Academy said:The Norwegian Army Academy (Norwegian: Krigsskolen) was established in 1750. It is the oldest university-level educational institution in Norway, and one of the oldest active military academies in the world. Krigsskolen primarily educates officers for the Norwegian Army.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Research_Institute_for_Mathematics_and_Computer_Science said:The institute was founded in 1946 by Johannes van der Corput, David van Dantzig, Jurjen Koksma, Hendrik Anthony Kramers, Marcel Minnaert and Jan Arnoldus Schouten. It was originally called Mathematical Centre (in Dutch: Mathematisch Centrum). One of the early missions of CWI was to develop mathematical prediction models to assist large Dutch engineering projects, such as the well-known Delta Works. During this early period, the Mathematics Institute also helped with designing the wings of the Fokker F27 Friendship airplane, voted in 2006 as the most beautiful Dutch design of the 20th century.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ARRA_(computer) said:The ARRA (for "Automatische Relais Rekenmachine Amsterdam.") was the first Dutch computer, and was built from relays for the Dutch Mathematical Centre (Dutch: Mathematisch Centrum), which later became the "National Research Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science".
It was designed and built by Carel Scholten and Bram Loopstra, and was finished in 1952. Because of reliability problems it was soon taken out of commission, and "updated" to the ARRA II, which actually was a completely new design.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matematikmaskinn%C3%A4mnden said:A governmental study into the need for computing machinery in Sweden had been conducted in 1947 by initiative of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and the Naval Procurement Agency. The study recommended the immediate purchase of computing machinery from the United States and a budget of 2 million SEK was allocated for the purpose.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matematikmaskinn%C3%A4mnden said:When it turned out that it would not be possible for Sweden to get export licences for US-built computers, the activities of MMN quickly changed into contructing rather than importing computing machinery. The relay-based BARK, operational in 1950, was built as an interim measure. This was followed by the vacuum tube-based BESK, operational in 1954, which for a short time was the fastest computer in the world.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Facit said:Facit (Facit AB) was an industrial corporation and manufacturer of office products. It was based in Åtvidaberg, Sweden, and founded in 1922 as AB Åtvidabergs Industrier. Facit AB, a manufacturer of mechanical calculators, was incorporated into the corporation the same year. In 1932, the first ten-digit calculator was manufactured by Åtvidaberg Industries, it was named FACIT and became a great success.
http://www.feb-patrimoine.com/histoire/english/chronoa1.htm said:Groupe BULL is one of the most important data processing company in Europe. Evolved from punched card machines patents developed in Norway by Fredrik Rosen Bull, the company was installed in PARIS, France in the early 1930s.
In the 1950s, it became the second punched card equipment manufacturer in Europe, after IBM, and started to compete in the emerging computer market, initially by completing its card equipment by the successful calculator Gamma 3. Compagnie des Machines Bull attempted to compete with IBM and Univac in the high range market by producing the innovative, but complex, Gamma 60.
http://riemarfamily.com/BullHistory/history.html said:Until 1935, Bull--the "Bull Machines Company, maker of statistical and accounting machines"--was in a difficult phase of stabilization.Thereafter it began a long period of instititutional stability and revenue growth, founded on a continually improving line of tabulating-machine products; the coming of electronics both accelerated this expansion and shook its foundations.

The size for a pic is 96x96x8 bpp.
Personally, I use irfanview (just google it) to resize pictures. Here is a quick how to for this software:
1) If the original picture is already a multiple of 96x96 (so the picture is a square), you go to Image > Resize/Resample and you put 96 in the case for width. The option 'Preserve aspect ratio' should be selected by default. Then you optain a picture of 96x96.
Then you must convert it to 8 bpp. And for that, you go to Image > Decrease color depth > then you just press OK (the option for 8 bpp is selected by default).
2) If the image is not a square, you must select the proper area that you want to keep. It's really simple, you just select the area with your mouse until it's a square (you can see the width and height of the picture in the title bar of the software irfanview). When you have the proper area selected, you have to go to edit > crop selection. And then it's the same as step one described above.
I don't know if I have been clear enough. If you have any questions, please ask them.
Also, I could help you resize the picture if you want
