Its a common issue If your graphic card doesnt meet the minimum requirements, most likely an onboard one.

Yep. If you only have an integrated Intel or AMD video syste, this will happen. Unless you can run the game on supported hardware, please seek a refund from where you bought the game.

May i know the requirement of the graphic? is it i need to play on desktop then i able to see the road? because i currently play on laptop. So disappointed, I'm so looking forward to play.

And the Recommend are:

- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: Nvidia® GeForce™ RTX 3080 (10 GB) | AMD® Radeon™ RX 6800 XT (16 GB)
