So, with the next update we should be able to use PB, ARKO, and all of VIET (events, traits, Immersion) and have all of India as it is in RoI?

I'm still not sure I understand what VIET Immersion includes since the events and traits seem to be marked as a separate component. What does the Immersion umbrella include?

It includes additional flavor such as cultural and religion specific mechanics, new religions, new cultures, map changes, additional characters, and a myriad of other features. You're best off checking the VIET specific thread if you want a more detailed outline of its features.

Are there any details as to the development plans now that ROI is here? I'm not asking for release date, rather will there be an extension to represent the Tarim Basin or TIbet for example, or even the inclusion of the Kara Khitai?

VIET. Immersion has had the Kara-Khitan in since at least November, if I remember correctly, and they'll still be in once Immefsion is updated to ROI (and better than before since they now have more territories to handle).

I'm also planning to add in at he Tarim basin to the map later for VIET Immersion, and the SWMH is planning to do the same. I don't think either of us are planning to add in Tibet at the moment.

Immersion is basically the trash dump of VIET (and HIP) - anything that doesn't really fit the other modules goes in Immersion. You got new mechanics and flavor for different cultures and religions, portrait sets, more ambitions and roleplay options, etc. If you want to get an idea of some of the things VIET Immersion adds you can look at the screenshots I have in the he VIET thread,

Sounds really nice. I've never been able to use it since I was always using SWMH, but now that I'm not going to be using that any more I'm excited about finally getting to try out Immersion.

Holy crap. You're delivering quotables right to my doorstep, man! ;)

Started calling Immersion HIP's trash dump cause whenever someone suggests something in the other mods' thread that's out of their scope, the reply is always something like "lol sorry dood that's outside our scope, make your suggestion in the VIET [Immersion] thread instead". Anything can be justified as flavor and immersion I guess!

lol, Meneth does do this frequently.

Usually his exact response to whatever suggestion is like this, though:

Out of PB's scope. Maybe would work for VIET.

Because it's warranted quite often ;)
Well, and cybrxkhan is apparently even welcoming us to "dump our trash" on his mod anyway. We would be doing our dear friend a disservice by not doing so with the utmost strictness.

I have no idea how to find the PB modules, now.

Oh, moved to the Decisions menu.

Damn it, Meneth; update the Modules post. XD

Looks like I can't place my council on the map and can't select my troops by drag-clicking. Anyone have an idea why?

EDIT: NVM, now it works. I guess it just meant that I had to restart... Or perhaps it was a bug of Deheubarth.

What does the "non-bordering holy war requir ..." actually referring to? Does it mean any ruler that doesn't share my religion (religion group)? Even if this is all green what other requirements do I need to fight holy wars?

Non-bordering requirements happen in addition to the other requirements if you don't border the targeted duchy.
If you meet everything relevant in the "is war possible?" decisions the holy war CB should show and will tell you if there's any further requirements when you hover over the "send" button.

the holy war CB should show

I'm not sure I understand this part. Show where? Who are potential targets for these decisions? I have all green lights in the Decisions menu for "Non Dejure Holy War" and "Non-bordering holy war requir ...." (That's how it reads in the decision box; I don't know if there is more.) Can I now wage war on Orthodox as Catholic? I guess I just don't understand what indicators these decisions are giving me.

Orthodox are in the same religion group, so you can't holy war them. I have to assume users are familiar with the vanilla holy war requirements; they're all still in effect in PB, there's just a few additional requirements.
