This is a known vanilla issue.

Thanks for the reply mate...
I was away from the forums for a while and haven't heard of it...

Hey, I just played a great game in Russia and I'm trying to convert to EU4 and not succeeding.

I've followed all the steps in the fourth message in this thread as far as I can tell.
I load up EU4 and the map is correct.
I pick my country, click Start, and I get a CTD as it initializes.

What usually causes that?

Could you guys please remind me what patch of CKII was needed for HIP release of 24.05.2014?

Edit: apparently it is 2.1.4

Oh, and an addendum: the "Prepare for EUIV conversion" button on the Intrigue screen doesn't seem to do anything. I click it and nothing happens, no messages, no loading. And the EUIV map I can see is filled with vassals. Which I'm fine with, but I feel like this might help explain the crash.

Can we get an update to the compatible mods list?
I hate bothering you guys, for the third time. It's just I was never given an answer. Is the sub-mod list still looked after? I haven't seen Meneth around in quite some time, and I suppose he would be the one who has to update it. Does anyone know if he's ok? His original work with PB is what got me hooked on this game. I would hate to lose him indefinitely, like what happened with Cybr. :( If it's a RL issue, of course I understand. I've just been wondering when the list will at least be updated to say 2.1.6.

I'm doing just fine; nothing to worry about.
As to the compatible mods list, how it has always worked is that I update it whenever someone alerts me that the status of a mod on it has changed, or that a new mod should be added to it.

Don't worry...He's indestructible...:D

First I enjoy these Mods immensely, so thanks for all the work that goes into them.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post or not, but I started up a game using everything but SWMH localizations, w/ shattered balance option on. I've been playing for a while and wanted to create the Empire lvl title for France and am being told that I need to control Kingdom of Canarias, Fezzan, Kingdom of Great Morovia, Sultanate of Hausaland, Sultanate of Kenem, and Tanmak Sultanate, in addition to the French titles. This has jumped the amount of provinces needed to around 191, is this correct? It does not seem to be.

I appreciate any help.

The "Keyboard Shortcuts + Interface adjust" bolded on the spreadsheet is NOT compatible with this mod. Is there a way to fix this? I already tried disabling the included interface improvement mod, but it didn't help.

The compatibility list is a bit outdated. That mod is no longer compatible with ARKO Interface.
I'll correct that on the list.

Also Syren's Nicknames is compatible with 2.1.6. Flavorful Titular Titles has been updated for the latest patch, but only the vanilla version. Additional Objective seems to have a working HIP version now, but the fix for it is at the end of the thread. BLG and Culturally Different Cities Remix are compatible with HIP and 2.1.6. I believe the links to those need to be changed to the new Remix thread.

could I make a random request? ^_^
Can I have a mod of mine added to the HIP mod compatibility table?
I just updated my Advanced Battles & Combat Depth Essentials Project to be compatible with HIP 2.854 (I think that's the current release version, based on the Version_Number.txt file anyway).
More accurately, I installed HIP with PB, then utilized the defines.lua of that installation, so I'm guessing it technically requires PB as well. I'm not sure how it'll fair with VIET Immersion though.
