Not sure what to tell you, as there IS no second copy of the data. If you really deleted it, it should really just be gone, and what you're describing is impossible.

Thanks but....always impossible to install the mod without Arko modules (yes=yes, no=yes, nothing= yes, deleted modules before installation=yes )

all i can say is that you are just forced to use ARKOpacks. i am Evil :D

are you using the installer in French ?

Issue is probably SWMH native localization. Turn that off in the install to fix. I don't know if Angleterre is one of the few things that doesn't get turned into plain english though.
IIRC it is, because also we are evil!

If you think you deleted modules/ before installation, then you are deleting the wrong modules/, because the installer won't even run without a modules/ present and fatally errs with an appropriate message immediately upon start. This indicates that you are looking at the wrong directory.

Is it possible to remove or disable segments of the mod after it is installed? Or does this have to be done during installation? If so, is there anywhere that has instructions about how to do so?

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere; I wasn't sure where to look.

Simply reinstall HIP with the new options you want. It will automatically delete the previously generated mod and compile a new one from your selections in its place.

50% of controlled land needed for usurping and creating of duchies... Many duchies only have two countries/
Don't you think two people contrlling one country from duchy being able to usurp each other is ridiculous? 51% should fix.

In SWMH at least, you're required to hold both for pretty much every two-country duchy.

Which I have found weird because that means you as an overlord cant create the duchy and this is so annoying when you inherit the AIs kingdoms and want to fix all there duchies up as much as possible. One county owned by one count and another owned by another count. So annoying.

The trigger should be updated to check if it is held by you or a vassal rather than just by you, yeah.
Create duchy and declare war quickly, duke always get's duchy desire penalty for his vassal.
This is still silly, 51% would be way more logical.
51% is terrible for 4 and 6 province duchies. It's silly to be unable to create a 4-county duchy when you've got 2 of the counties, and the other two are probably held by two different people.
I suggested at one point that instead of 51% it should check 50% and that you've got more counties anyone else. Thus a 4-county duchy split 2-1-1 would be creatable, but one split 2-2 wouldn't.
Only Paradox could implement that though.

Forgive my noobness. What is the wording I use to do the launcher in steam? I've done the installation and everything looks fine but the mods dont show up in the Mods when I start the CK2 game and choose what I want to run, so I guess I need to do it through the Steam launcher. What is the wording?

I finally got around to installing HIP on my Mac, and I have to say, based on first impressions, that it is stunning. I played bits of bats of it before it became HIP, but yeah, I'm having a lot of fun forging the Irish kingdom right now.

One of the main things I find so striking, however, is the absolutely stunning work on the flags/CoAs. Major kudos on those, guys. Dynasty flags are one of the biggest parts of my enjoyment for the game, call me shallow, so I am incredibly impressed! I look forward to exploring it more. :)

PS. Ragnarr's CoA is STUNNING. I wish I could play as him just to have that CoA.
