Yeah, I'm pretty sure we'll have VIET Events ready to go, ready to release.

I just re-downloaded it from the OP with no problem. Also, I opened it up, and the HIP.exe inside of it is 46,080 bytes. Don't see the issue.
Not sure if this a proper thread to ask, but is there such a thing as HIP (assuming SWMH is used) -> EU4 converter existing?
There was one maintained by Ordep, but it is currently not available as he had been busy for a while. Currently he's working on it and we are hoping it will be available soon (tm). Note however it only converts non-SWMH games as of now, SWMH games are obviously much harder to do and will take more time.
(Ordep can correct me if I'm wrong here of course)
All cybr said is correct. Anyhow, it's indeed close. Inititally it was scheduled for the next update but due to some RL issues I had to miss the train on that one (this was my decision, the rest of the team was willing to wait). Regardless, it will surely be in the update after. Sorry for the wait.

Out of sheer interest, when was the imouto toothbrushing event series was added to VIET ? You have no idea how much i lold when i found it looking at the files.
